KONE، الحاصلة على شهادة كأفضل جهة عمل، تبحث عن مهندس حلول عملاء مشاريع - طلبات MP في الرياض، السعودية. يتولى هذا الدور تقديم الخبرة التقنية لتحديد أنسب منتجات KONE لاحتياجات العملاء، بما في ذلك تفسير المواصفات ومواءمتها مع حلول الشركة مثل السلالم الكهربائية والمصاعد وغيرها.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • التواصل مع العميل أو فريق المشروع: حضور الاجتماعات الدورية مع العميل واجتماعات متابعة المشروع والتنسيق في الموقع.
  • يكون نقطة الاتصال بين العميل وKONE لجميع النقاط الفنية بالتعاون مع مدير المشروع.
  • التعاون مع فريق المبيعات: تحديد أنسب منتج KONE لتلبية احتياجات العميل في الحالات غير القياسية والمشاريع الكبرى.
  • اختيار منصة المنتج الصحيحة التي سيُبنى عليها العرض.
  • التعاون مع خط التوريد: تقديم الطلب للمصنع بالوثائق والإجراءات الصحيحة.
  • متابعة التصنيع والتنسيق لمواعيد تسليم المواد للعمليات.
  • المسؤوليات العامة: المشاركة في جلسات مشاركة معلومات الإصدارات الجديدة للمنتجات والخدمات.
  • تقديم تدريبات فنية لفرق المبيعات والتركيب والصيانة حسب احتياجات الخط الأمامي.
  • تقديم ملاحظات لإدارة مجموعة المنتجات حول متطلبات التخصيص والتوحيد والواجهات.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال المصاعد أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية والعربية كتابة وتحدثاً.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاوض والتعامل مع العملاء.
  • فهم لأنواع المباني المختلفة وشرائح العملاء.
  • معرفة جيدة بمتطلبات ومعايير البيئة والاستدامة.
  • مهارات جيدة في CAD ويُفضل BIM.
  • معرفة أساسية بمنتجات المنافسين.
  • فهم جيد لكيفية بناء التكلفة الإجمالية للمنتج والمعايير واللوائح المحلية.

We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic Customer Solution Engineer Project - MP Order , to be responsible for providing technical expertise to identify the most suitable KONE product for customer requirements. This role involves interpreting customer specifications and aligning them with KONE’s solutions, including escalators, auto walks, machine-room-less elevators, high-rise systems, and third-party equipment. The engineer also plays a key role in developing non-standard solutions and supporting the tendering process, ensuring that all technical requirements are met with KONE’s product offerings.

What will you do?

Communication with Customer or project team:

  • Responsible for attending regular customer meeting, Project follow up meetings and site coordination meetings.
  • He/She together with Project manager will be point of contact between customer and KONE for all technical points.

Collaboration with sales:

  • Responsible for finding the optimal KONE product to meet the customer’s needs for non-standard and Major projects case.
  • Selects the correct product platform on which to make the offer.

Collaboration with Supply Line:

  • Responsible for placing the order to factory includes the correct documentation and procedure
  • Follow up the manufacturing and coordinate the material delivery dates to operation.

General responsibilities:

  • Participates in product and new service release information-sharing sessions
  • Provides technical trainings to Sales, Installation and Maintenance as per Front Line needs
  • Offers input to the product offering management about customization, standardization and interface requirements for the portfolio.

Are you the one?

  • Hold Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the elevator business or another relevant field.
  • Excellent verbal and written English and Arabic linguistic skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
  • Understanding of different building types and customer segments.
  • Good knowledge of environmental and sustainability requirements and norms.
  • Good CAD and optional BIM skills.
  • Basic knowledge of competitors’ products.
  • Good understanding of a product’s total costing is built up &local norms and regulations.
