شركة KONE، المعتمدة كأفضل جهة عمل، تبحث عن مهندس جودة للعمل في منطقتي مكة وجدة بالمملكة العربية السعودية. سيتولى المهندس مسؤولية ضمان متطلبات الجودة في المؤسسة، وتحديد وقيادة مشاريع التحسين المستمر من خلال تحليل البيانات والتفتيش والاختبار، بالإضافة إلى نشر الوعي بالجودة وتدريب الفرق ودعم مدير الجودة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحديد أولويات تحسين أداء الجودة بناءً على تحليل البيانات
- استخدام منهجيات التحسين المستمر للتحقيق في حالات عدم المطابقة وتحديد السبب الجذري، ووضع إجراءات تصحيحية، ودفع الإجراءات حتى الإغلاق
- إنشاء وتحليل مجموعات بيانات كبيرة من منصات متعددة وتحليل الاتجاهات
- دعم مدير الجودة في وضع الأهداف
- إجراء عمليات التفتيش أثناء العملية أو على المنتج وتنفيذ القياسات والاختبارات وطرق أخذ العينات والإجراءات الأخرى للتحقق من استيفاء المتطلبات
- الحفاظ على سجلات الجودة المطلوبة حسب إجراءات الجودة وتحديثها
- مشاركة المهارات والمعرفة مع المؤسسة حول منهجيات وأدوات الجودة، وضمان فهم الفرق وتطوير القدرة على تنفيذ ما تعلموه وفقًا لإجراءات ومعايير الجودة المقررة
- دعم مدير الجودة في عمليات التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي
- المسؤولية عن تنسيق الإجراءات الوقائية والتصحيحية لفرق تحسين الجودة في منطقته/ها
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية
- خبرة من 4 إلى 5 سنوات في صناعة المصاعد والسلالم المتحركة مع سجل حافل في دور مماثل
- شهادة الجودة ISO 9001 (موصى بها)
- معرفة عميقة بمصطلحات وأساليب وأدوات ضمان الجودة
- مهارات حاسوبية ممتازة، بما في ذلك إدارة قواعد البيانات
- مهارات ممتازة في التحليل وحل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات
- إتقان أفضل الممارسات للاختبار وإدارة الإصدارات والعيوب
- شهادة مهنية مثل Six Sigma أو CQE أو CQA
- مهارات ممتازة في استخدام الحاسوب (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Quality Engineer actively builds and spreads quality awareness within the organization by giving training and sharing best business practices. S/he supports the Quality Manager with the deployment of KONE’s quality strategy, governance and goals.
What will you do?
- Prioritize quality performance improvement based on data analysis
- Use continuous improvement methodologies to investigate non-conformances and determine root cause, identify corrective actions, and drive actions to closure
- Create and analyses large datasets from multiple platforms and analyses trends.
- Support Quality Manager with target setting.
- Perform in-process or product inspections and execute measures, tests, sampling methods, and other procedures to validate that requirements are met.
- Maintain and update quality records required by the quality procedures.
- Shares skills and knowledge with the organization about quality methodology and tools and ensures they understand and develop the capability to execute the learnings with established quality procedures and standards.
- Supports the quality manager with internal and external audits.
- Is responsible for coordinating preventive and corrective actions of Quality Improvement teams in her/his area.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 4 to 5 Years of Experience in Elevators & Escalators industry with a proven track record in a similar role.
- Quality Certificate ISO 9001 is recommended.
- Deep knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
- Superb computer skills, including database management..
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in best practices for testing, version control, and defect management.
- Professional certification, such as Six Sigma, CQE, or CQA.
- Excellent skills in computer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
