تعلن شركة البحري عن توفر وظيفة شاغرة في مجال الإدارة البحرية، بمسمى "مدير العمليات البحرية" (Offshore Operation Manager)، في المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- ضمان التفعيل الفعال للاستراتيجية الوظيفية ضمن خطط العمل للإدارات، لتحقيق التكامل الرأسي والأفقي مع الإدارات والوحدات الأخرى.
- إدارة تحديد فرص التحسين المستمر وتحقيق الاستدامة للأنظمة والعمليات والممارسات، مع مراعاة المعايير الرائدة وتحسين الإنتاجية وخفض التكاليف.
- ضمان إعداد جميع تقارير الإدارة بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد، بما يتوافق مع متطلبات البحري والسياسات ومعايير الجودة.
- إدارة تحقيق الأهداف المحددة بفعالية من خلال قيادة الإدارة، عبر وضع أهداف فردية وإدارة الأداء وتطوير وتحفيز الموظفين لتحقيق أقصى أداء.

- Key Accountabilities:

Strategy & Planning:
Ensure effective cascading of the functional strategy into department business plans for vertical alignment and horizontal integration with other interfacing departments/units. Manage the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes, and practices, considering leading standards, productivity improvement, and cost reduction - Performance Management: Ensure that all department reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet Bahri’s requirements, policies, and quality standards.
People & Leadership:
Manage the effective achievement of assigned objectives through the leadership of the department by setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing, and motivating staff to maximize performance.
