Role Description The Sales Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mecca. The Sales Associate will greet customers, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations that align with brand standards and customer expectations. Responsibilities include maintaining store displays, ensuring stock availability, handling POS transactions, and supporting daily store operations such as merchandising, replenishment, and cleanliness. The role also involves achieving individual and store sales targets, delivering a high level of customer service, and adhering to company policies and visual merchandising guidelines. Sales Associates collaborate closely with store leadership and teammates to create an engaging shopping experience and contribute to overall store performance.
Qualifications
- Customer service and sales skills, including the ability to engage customers, understand their needs, and support achievement of sales targets.
- Basic retail operations skills, such as handling POS systems, cash and card transactions, stock replenishment, and inventory awareness.
- Communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, team members, and supervisors in a multicultural environment.
- Attention to detail and reliability in following visual merchandising standards, store guidelines, and hygiene and safety procedures.
- Ability to work on-site in Mecca on a full-time schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Previous experience in fashion or retail is preferred but not mandatory; a customer-focused mindset and willingness to learn are essential.
- Basic proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, retail, or related fields is an added benefit.
