شركة Miraval Resorts & Spas تبحث عن فني مطابخ للعمل في منتجع ميرافال البحر الأحمر بمدينة أملج، تبوك، السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
بصفتك فني مطابخ في منتجع ميرافال البحر الأحمر، ستكون مسؤولاً عن صيانة منطقة الخدمات الخلفية (Back of House). كما تتحمل مسؤولية صيانة جميع معدات وأجهزة المنتجع. من المهم أن يتم تنفيذ المهام الموكلة من إدارة الهندسة بكفاءة وفعالية، ومن خلال تقديم تقارير دقيقة تعزيز التعاون بين الأقسام. تتضمن هذه الوظيفة تركيب وصيانة وإصلاح معدات المطبخ والمغسلة لضمان أقصى درجات الراحة للضيوف وكفاءة المعدات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- أداء الصيانة الدورية وإصلاحات معدات المطبخ والمغسلة.
- تشخيص الأعطال في المعدات واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها.
- مراقبة وضبط أنظمة التحكم لتحسين كفاءة الطاقة.
- الاستجابة السريعة لطلبات الصيانة واستفسارات الضيوف.
- تسجيل حالة المعدات والإصلاحات وقطع الغيار المستخدمة والإبلاغ عنها.
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير السلامة واللوائح المحلية.
- المساعدة في مهام الصيانة العامة حسب الحاجة.
- المحافظة على الأدوات والمعدات في حالة آمنة ومناسبة.
- التنسيق مع الموردين الخارجيين عند الضرورة.
- أداء مهام أخرى تُكلف بها من قبل قيادة قسم الهندسة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة سابقة في إصلاح معدات المطبخ والمغسلة مطلوبة.
- شهادة تقنية ذات صلة أو ترخيص مهني مفضلة.
- خبرة في صيانة الغلايات (Boiler Maintenance).
- مهارات أساسية في اللغة الإنجليزية مطلوبة. التحدث باللغة العربية يُعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- القدرة على الوقوف والمشي والتسلق والركوع والانحناء بشكل متكرر.
- القدرة على رفع أو نقل معدات يصل وزنها إلى 50 رطلاً.
- القدرة على العمل في أماكن مرتفعة ومنخفضة وضيقة حسب الحاجة.

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Kitchen and Laundry equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions in equipment.
- Monitor and adjust system controls for energy efficiency.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and guest concerns.
- Record and report equipment status, repairs, and parts used.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
- Assist in general maintenance duties as needed.
- Maintain tools and equipment in safe and proper condition.
- Coordinate with outside vendors when necessary.
- Other duties as assigned by Engineering leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous Kitchen and Laundry equipment repair experience required.
- Relevant technical certification or license preferred.
- Boiler Maintenance experience
- Basic English skills required. Arabic speaking would be an advantage.
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, kneel, and bend frequently.
- Must be able to lift or move equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Work in high, low, and confined spaces as needed.
