تعلن شركة Miraval The Red Sea عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لمدرب يوجا وتأمل في منتجع فاخر بالسعودية (البحر الأحمر)، حيث سيقود تجارب حركية تحويلية تدمج بين الحركة الواعية والتنفس والتأمل وممارسات اللياقة البدنية الشاملة، لدعم ضيوف المنتجع في تحقيق التوازن البدني والنفسي والعاطفي.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة جلسات جماعية وفردية في اليوغا، التأمل، التاي تشي، تمارين التنفس، تشي غونغ، العلاج الصوتي، البيلاتس، وغيرها من أساليب الحركة الواعية، مع تكييف التجربة وفق احتياجات الضيوف.
  • توجيه الضيوف عبر برامج حركية مخصصة تركز على القوة، المرونة، اليقظة الذهنية، والتوازن الداخلي.
  • تقديم ورش عمل تعليمية حول الوضعية الصحيحة، الوعي الحركي، تقنيات تخفيف التوتر، وموازنة الطاقة.
  • ضمان بيئة ترحيبية وشاملة ومحترمة ثقافياً لجميع الضيوف، مع مراعاة الخلفيات المتنوعة والقدرات البدنية والأهداف الصحية.
  • مواءمة جميع جلسات الحركة مع منهج ميرافال القائم على اليقظة الذهنية، مع إدراج عناصر اكتشاف الذات والصحة العاطفية والتحول.
  • الحفاظ على أعلى معايير السلامة والاحترافية وخدمة الضيوف، والإشراف على الاستخدام السليم للمساحات والمعدات ونظافتها، والإبلاغ الفوري عن أي مشكلات.
  • ضمان الامتثال للوائح الصحة والعافية والثقافة والضيافة في المملكة العربية السعودية.
  • التعاون مع فريق العافية لدمج ممارسات الحركة في برامج العافية الأوسع، وخلق تجربة غامرة للضيوف.
  • البقاء على اطلاع بأحدث الأبحاث والاتجاهات في مجال الحركة الواعية واللياقة البدنية والعافية الشاملة، وتحسين أساليب التدريس بشكل مستمر.
  • المساهمة في مبادرات التسويق من خلال توفير محتوى مثل المقالات والمواد الترويجية لإبراز عروض الحركة في المنتجع.
  • بناء علاقات قوية مع الضيوف من خلال تقديم تجارب شخصية لا تُنسى، والمساهمة في تحقيق رضا عالٍ للضيوف وتقييمات إيجابية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • حاصل على شهادة مدرب معتمد في اليوغا (RYT-200/500)، البيلاتس، التاي تشي، تشي غونغ، أو أي تخصص آخر ذي صلة بالحركة الواعية.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في التدريس في منتجع صحي فاخر، أو مركز اعتكاف، أو بيئة صحية شاملة.
  • فهم قوي لميكانيكا الحركة، تمارين التنفس، اليقظة الذهنية، وتكامل العقل والجسم.
  • خبرة في العمل مع احتياجات ضيوف متنوعة تشمل المبتدئين والممارسين المتقدمين وذوي القيود البدنية أو الأهداف الصحية المحددة.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (معرفة اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية).
  • القدرة على خلق بيئة صفية هادئة ومغذية وملهمة تعزز الاسترخاء والتركيز والتحول الشخصي.

Summary

The Yoga and Meditation Instructor at Miraval The Red Sea is responsible for leading transformative movement-based experiences that integrate mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and holistic fitness practices. This role supports guests in achieving physical, mental, and emotional well-being through personalized and group sessions, including yoga, meditation, Pilates, tai chi, Qi Gong, breathwork, and other mindful movement modalities. The instructor will create a safe, inspiring, and engaging environment that promotes inner balance and self-discovery while adhering to Saudi Arabia’s hospitality and wellness industry standards. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Wellness team to create integrated programs that enhance the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Delivery & Guest Experience:

  • Lead group and private sessions in yoga, meditation, tai chi, breathwork, Qi Gong, sound healing, pilates, and other mindful movement modalities, tailoring the experience to guest needs.
  • Guide guests through personalized movement-based programs, focusing on strength, flexibility, mindfulness, and inner balance.
  • Deliver educational workshops on posture, movement awareness, stress reduction, and energy balancing techniques.
  • Ensure a welcoming, inclusive, and culturally respectful environment for all guests, addressing diverse backgrounds, physical abilities, and wellness goals.
  • Align all movement sessions with Miraval’s mindfulness-based approach to well-being, incorporating elements of self-discovery, emotional health, and transformation.

Operational Excellence & Compliance:

  • Maintain the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and guest service, ensuring that all activities are conducted with care and attention to detail.
  • Oversee the proper use, maintenance, and cleanliness of movement spaces and equipment, ensuring a safe and functional environment. Immediately report any issues to the relevant department.
  • Ensure all practices comply with Saudi Arabia’s health, wellness, culture and hospitality regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Wellness team to integrate movement practices into broader well-being programs, creating an immersive guest experience.

Professional Development & Innovation:

  • Stay updated with the latest research, trends, and best practices in mindful movement, fitness, and holistic wellness practices.
  • Continuously refine teaching techniques and program offerings to meet the evolving needs of guests, ensuring high-quality experiences and increase in revenue.
  • Actively contribute to team meetings, training sessions, and cross-functional collaborations within the resort, ensuring alignment with Miraval’s values and standards.

Guest Engagement & Marketing:

  • Actively contribute to marketing initiatives, providing content such as articles, blog posts, and promotional materials to highlight movement-based offerings at Miraval The Red Sea.

Foster strong guest relationships by providing personalized, memorable experiences, and actively contribute to maintaining high guest satisfaction and positive reviews across social media and feedback platforms.

Qualifications

  • Certified instructor in Yoga (RYT-200/500), Pilates, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, or other relevant mindful movement disciplines.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience teaching at a luxury wellness resort, retreat center, or holistic health setting.
  • Strong understanding of movement mechanics, breathwork, mindfulness, and mind-body integration.
  • Experience working with diverse guest needs, including beginners, advanced practitioners, and those with physical limitations or specific wellness goals.
  • Proficiency in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
  • Ability to create a calming, nurturing, and inspiring class environment that promotes relaxation, focus, and personal transformation.
