Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage guest flow in the lobby and ensure guests are directed appropriately
- Coordinate guest arrivals and departures in collaboration with the Front Office team
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the property and services
- Maintain a polished, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby area
- Assist with reservations, guest requests, and VIP coordination
- Ensure a seamless and hospitable guest journey from entry to check-in
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front office or guest-facing role preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, presentable, and service-oriented
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a high-paced luxury hospitality setting
- Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
