شركة مانتيس (Mantis) تعلن عن فرصة وظيفية شاغرة في منتجع جمرة ماونتن (Gamra Mountain Resort) بمنطقة الباحة، المملكة العربية السعودية، لوظيفة مدير شؤون الموظفين والثقافة (للسعوديين فقط). سيكون شاغل الوظيفة مسؤولاً عن تشكيل ورعاية ثقافة العمل في المنتجع، وضمان تجربة متميزة للفريق منذ اليوم الأول، والعمل عن كثب مع المدير العام وفريق القيادة لإحياء روح مانتيس في بيئة منتجع جبلي نائي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إحياء فلسفة مانتيس في كل مرحلة من رحلة الموظف، وبناء شعور قوي بالانتماء داخل بيئة المنتجع النائي.
- تعزيز ثقافة الاحترام والفضول والاستدامة، والشراكة مع القيادة لخلق بيئة عمل إيجابية موجهة بالهدف.
- قيادة عملية التوظيف الكاملة لفريق المنتجع المتنوع متعدد المهارات، وبناء قنوات مواهب مناسبة لوجهة نائية.
- تقديم تجارب تعريفية تربط الموظفين بقصة المنتجع وبيئته، والعمل مع فرق المواهب الإقليمية لجذب الأشخاص المناسبين.
- إنشاء تجارب تعليمية تنمي الثقة والقدرة والحرفية، ودعم القادة في التدريب والتغذية الراجعة وتطوير الفريق.
- تشجيع التعلم المستمر بما يتوافق مع قيم التميز في الخدمة والاستدامة.
- ضمان سير عمليات الموارد البشرية بسلاسة، والامتثال ووثائق الموظفين وفقاً لمتطلبات العمل السعودي.
- إدارة علاقات الموظفين بعدالة وتعاطف واتساق، والتعاون مع المالية والقيادة في تخطيط القوى العاملة والتقارير.
- تصميم مبادرات تدعم الرفاهية والمشاركة والتواصل في بيئة نائية، وتعزيز ثقافة الفريق من خلال اللحظات والطقوس والتواصل الهادف.
- المساهمة في خلق مكان عمل يشعر فيه الموظفون بالإلهام للبقاء والنمو.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5-7 سنوات في مجال شؤون الموظفين والثقافة / الموارد البشرية ضمن قطاع الضيافة أو المنتجعات أو الوجهات السياحية.
- خبرة في بيئات نائية أو منتجعات تعتبر ميزة قوية.
- فهم متين لقانون العمل السعودي أو أطر الموارد البشرية في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
- خبرة في مرحلة ما قبل الافتتاح أو بيئات النمو السريع تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- درجة علمية في الموارد البشرية أو الضيافة أو إدارة الأعمال (شهادة CIPD أو ما يعادلها ميزة إضافية).
المهارات المطلوبة
- نهج تعاوني، واقعي، ومرتكز على الإنسان بشكل طبيعي.
- قدرة قوية على بناء الثقة والتأثير عبر فرق متنوعة.
- الراحة في العمل ضمن بيئات متطورة وسريعة الوتيرة.

What We’re Looking For
- 5-7+ years’ experience in People & Culture / HR within hospitality, resorts, or lifestyle-led destinations
- Experience in remote or resort environments strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of Saudi Labour Law or GCC HR frameworks
- Background in pre-opening or high-growth environments an advantage
- Naturally collaborative, grounded, and people-centred approach
- Strong ability to build trust and influence across diverse teams
- Comfortable working in evolving, fast-paced environments
- Degree in HR, Hospitality, or Business (CIPD or equivalent a plus)
