المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على جميع العمليات المالية بما في ذلك المحاسبة والتقارير والميزانية والتنبؤات المالية.
- ضمان تقديم تقارير مالية شهرية وربعية وسنوية دقيقة وفي الوقت المحدد.
- إعداد حسابات الإدارة وتحليل الأداء لمراجعة القيادة.
- الحفاظ على سلامة البيانات المالية والامتثال لمعايير المجموعة.
- قيادة عمليات إعداد الميزانية السنوية والتنبؤات الدورية.
- التعاون مع رؤساء الأقسام لضمان التخطيط الدقيق للتكاليف ومواءمة الإيرادات.
- مراقبة الأداء المالي مقابل الميزانيات وشرح الفروقات.
- دعم الفرق التجارية برؤى مالية لتحفيز الربحية.
- ضمان تطبيق رقابة داخلية قوية والحفاظ عليها عبر جميع العمليات المالية.
- حماية أصول الشركة وضمان الامتثال لسياسات Accor وإجراءاتها.
- ضمان الامتثال الكامل للوائح المالية السعودية والمتطلبات الضريبية والالتزامات النظامية.
- تنسيق عمليات التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي.
- الإشراف على الحسابات الدائنة والمدينة وتنسيق الرواتب وإدارة النقد.
- دعم عمليات المشتريات والشراء بحوكمة مالية.
- ضمان توزيع التكاليف بشكل صحيح عبر الأقسام وتيارات الإيرادات.
- العمل كمستشار مالي موثوق للمدير العام وفريق القيادة.
- تقديم رؤى لدعم اتخاذ القرارات وتحسين التكاليف ونمو الإيرادات.
- التعاون الوثيق مع فرق العمليات والموارد البشرية والتجارية لضمان التوافق المالي.
- ضمان الاستخدام الفعال للأنظمة والأدوات المالية (PMS, ERP, POS عند الاقتضاء).
- دفع التحسين المستمر في العمليات المالية وكفاءة التقارير.
- دعم الإعداد المالي قبل الافتتاح وتنفيذ النظام عند الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة مالية تقدمية من 5 إلى 8+ سنوات، ويفضل أن تكون في بيئة الضيافة أو المنتجعات.
- خلفية قوية في المراقبة المالية والمحاسبة والتقارير.
- خبرة في عمليات ما قبل الافتتاح أو العمليات النائية مرغوبة جداً.
- فهم قوي للوائح المالية السعودية ومعايير IFRS.
- درجة علمية في المالية أو المحاسبة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- شهادة مهنية (CIMA، ACCA، CPA أو ما يعادلها) مفضلة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تحليلية وتنظيمية وحل مشكلات قوية.
- اهتمام عالٍ بالتفاصيل مع عقلية رقابية قوية.
- إتقان استخدام الأنظمة المالية (Opera، Sun، SAP أو أنظمة ERP مكافئة في قطاع الضيافة).

Job Description
Role Overview

You will partner closely with the General Manager and regional finance leadership to drive financial performance, safeguard assets, and support strategic decision-making. What You’ll Do
Financial Management & Reporting
- Oversee all financial operations including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Prepare management accounts and performance analysis for leadership review
- Maintain integrity of financial data and compliance with group standards
- Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes
- Partner with department heads to ensure accurate cost planning and revenue alignment
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and explain variances
- Support commercial teams with financial insights to drive profitability
- Ensure strong internal controls are implemented and maintained across all finance processes
- Safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with Accor policies and procedures
- Ensure full compliance with Saudi financial regulations, tax requirements, and statutory obligations
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll coordination, and cash management
- Support procurement and purchasing processes with financial governance
- Ensure proper cost allocation across departments and revenue streams
- Act as a trusted financial advisor to the General Manager and leadership team
- Provide insights to support decision-making, cost optimisation, and revenue growth
- Work closely with operations, HR, and commercial teams to ensure financial alignment
- Ensure effective use of financial systems and tools (PMS, ERP, POS integration where applicable)
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting efficiency
- Support pre-opening financial setup and system implementation if required
What We’re Looking For
- 5-8+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally within hospitality or resort environments
- Strong background in financial controlling, accounting, and reporting
- Experience in pre-opening or remote operations is highly desirable
- Solid understanding of Saudi financial regulations and IFRS standards
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) preferred
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail with a strong control mindset
- Proficiency in financial systems (Opera, Sun, SAP, or equivalent hospitality ERP systems)
