نحن في فندق جامرا باي مانتيس (Gamra by Mantis) - أحد فنادق مجموعة أكور (Accor) - في منطقة الباحة، نبحث عن منسق/ة تدبير منزلي (Housekeeping Attendant) للانضمام إلى فريقنا. نحن نؤمن بأن كل ابتسامة وكل لفتة تساهم في خلق تجارب إيجابية لا تُنسى لضيوفنا وزملائنا وكوكبنا.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنظيف وخدمة غرف النزلاء والفيلات والحمامات وفقاً لمعايير الفندق.
- ترتيب الأسرة، تغيير المفروشات والمناشف، تجديد مستلزمات النزلاء، والتأكد من أن جميع مرافق الغرفة تعمل بشكل صحيح.
- إزالة الغبار، الكنس، المسح، وتعقيم جميع المناطق المخصصة.
- تجهيز الغرف بكفاءة لتلبية مواعيد الوصول والمغادرة.
- الإبلاغ الفوري عن أي أعطال صيانة أو مخاطر سلامة.
- المساعدة في الحفاظ على نظافة المناطق العامة والممرات والسلالم ومناطق الخدمة والمكاتب الخلفية عند الحاجة.
- التأكد من أن مخازن ومناطق تخزين التدبير المنزلي نظيفة ومنظمة.
- الاستجابة بلطف لطلبات النزلاء وتقديم المساعدة كلما أمكن.
- الإبلاغ عن الأشياء المفقودة وفقاً لإجراءات الفندق.
- احترام خصوصية النزلاء والحفاظ على السرية في جميع الأوقات.
- استخدام معدات التنظيف والمواد الكيميائية بأمان وبشكل صحيح.
- الحفاظ على عربات التدبير المنزلي نظيفة ومنظمة ومخزنة بالكامل.
- الإبلاغ فوراً عن أي معدات تالفة أو نقص في الإمدادات.
- اتباع جميع إجراءات التشغيل القياسية للتدبير المنزلي ومعايير علامتي أكور ومانتيس.
- الامتثال للوائح الصحة والنظافة والسلامة السعودية.
- ارتداء معدات الوقاية الشخصية المطلوبة والحفاظ على بيئة عمل آمنة.
- المشاركة في إجراءات الإخلاء والطوارئ ومكافحة الحرائق.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة سابقة في التدبير المنزلي في فندق أو منتجع (ميزة إضافية).
- خبرة في فنادق فاخرة (مفضلة ولكنها ليست أساسية).
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة؛ اللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- لياقة بدنية جيدة والقدرة على أداء مهام التنظيف اليدوية.
- معرفة بالمواد الكيميائية ومعدات التنظيف ومعايير النظافة.
- فهم جيد لممارسات الصحة والسلامة في مكان العمل.
- معرفة بقانون العمل السعودي ومتطلبات الصحة والسلامة المهنية (ميزة إضافية).

Job Description
The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for ensuring guest rooms, villas, public areas, and assigned work areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation. The role contributes to delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment in accordance with Gamra by Mantis and Accor brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Room Cleaning
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms, villas, and bathrooms in accordance with hotel standards.
- Make beds, replace linens and towels, replenish guest amenities, and ensure all room facilities are in proper working order.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all assigned areas.
- Ensure rooms are prepared efficiently to meet arrival and departure schedules.
- Report maintenance defects and safety hazards promptly.
- Assist in maintaining public areas, corridors, staircases, service areas, and back-of-house areas when required.
- Ensure housekeeping pantries and storage areas remain clean and well organised.
- Respond courteously to guest requests and provide assistance whenever possible.
- Report lost and found items in accordance with hotel procedures.
- Respect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly.
- Maintain housekeeping trolleys in a clean, organised, and fully stocked condition.
- Report damaged equipment or supply shortages immediately.
- Follow all housekeeping SOPs and Accor/Mantis brand standards.
- Comply with Saudi health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
- Wear the required PPE and maintain a safe working environment.
- Participate in fire, emergency, and evacuation procedures.
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or resort is an advantage.
- Luxury hotel experience is preferred but not essential.
- Spoken and written English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual cleaning tasks.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and hygiene standards.
- Good understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
- Knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and occupational health and safety requirements is an advantage.
