تعلن شركة Mantis في منطقة الباحة عن توفر وظيفة Barista للانضمام إلى فريقها في فندق عضو في شبكة أكور، حيث نسعى لتقديم تجارب ضيافة مسؤولة ومؤثرة مع فرص للتطور والتميز.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحضير وتقديم القهوة والمشروبات المتخصصة وفقاً للوصفات والمعايير المتبعة.
- ضمان جودة واتساق المشروبات من حيث الطعم والتقديم.
- تشغيل وصيانة آلات الإسبريسو والمطاحن والخلاطات ومعدات الكافيه.
- تحضير مشروبات غير قهوة ووجبات خفيفة عند الحاجة.
- مراقبة جودة المشروبات ومعالجة أي تباين فوراً.
- استقبال الضيوف بحفاوة وتقديم خدمة ودودة وشخصية.
- أخذ الطلبات بدقة ومعالجتها عبر نظام نقاط البيع (POS).
- التوصية بالمشروبات وترويج البيع الإضافي.
- الرد على استفسارات وملاحظات وشكاوى الضيوف بطريقة مهنية.
- بناء علاقات إيجابية مع الضيوف لخلق تجربة كافيه مميزة.
- تجهيز محطة القهوة قبل الفتح وإعادة تزويد المواد الخام (حبوب، حليب، شراب، أكواب).
- مراقبة مستويات المخزون والإبلاغ عن النقص للمشرف.
- إتمام إجراءات الفتح والإغلاق بدقة.
- المساعدة في استلام وتخزين مستلزمات الكافيه وفق مبدأ FIFO.
- الحفاظ على نظافة وتعقيم معدات القهوة والعدادات ومناطق الجلوس.
- اتباع معايير سلامة الغذاء والنظافة وHACCP في جميع الأوقات.
- التأكد من تخزين وتداول المنتجات الغذائية بشكل سليم.
- تنظيف آلات الإسبريسو والمطاحن والثلاجات والمعدات الأخرى بانتظام.
- الإبلاغ الفوري عن أي أعطال أو احتياجات صيانة.
- معالجة معاملات الضيوف بدقة باستخدام نظام نقاط البيع.
- التعامل مع النقد وبطاقات الائتمان وطرق الدفع الأخرى وفق إجراءات الفندق.
- مقارنة الصندوق النقدي وإتمام التسوية في نهاية الوردية.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للمبيعات واستخدام المخزون.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع فريق الطعام والمشروبات والمطبخ لضمان سلاسة الخدمة.
- دعم الزملاء خلال فترات الازدحام والمناسبات الخاصة.
- المساعدة في عروض الكافيه والقوائم الموسمية وإطلاق المشروبات الجديدة.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات الفريق وجلسات التدريب ومبادرات التحسين المستمر.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
- شهادة باريستا أو تدريب في القهوة (ميزة إضافية).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 1-2 سنة كباريستا في كافيه أو مطعم أو فندق أو متجر قهوة متخصص.
- الخبرة في فنادق الضيافة مفضلة.
- خبرة في مرحلة ما قبل الافتتاح (ميزة إضافية).

Job Description
The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages while delivering exceptional guest service in accordance with the hotel's standards. The role ensures consistency in beverage preparation, maintains a clean and organized work environment, manages daily café operations, and contributes to creating a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall guest experience.
Beverage Preparation
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensure consistency in beverage quality, taste, and presentation.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, coffee grinders, blenders, and other café equipment.
- Prepare non-coffee beverages and light food items, where applicable.
- Monitor beverage quality and immediately address any inconsistencies.
- Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Recommend beverages and menu items while promoting upselling opportunities.
- Respond professionally to guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
- Build positive guest relationships by creating a memorable café experience.
- Set up and prepare the coffee station before opening.
- Replenish coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other operating supplies.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Ensure all opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.
- Assist in receiving and storing café supplies following FIFO (First In, First Out) principles.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of coffee equipment, counters, workstations, and seating areas.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food and beverage products.
- Perform regular cleaning of espresso machines, grinders, refrigerators, and related equipment.
- Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.
- Process guest transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods according to hotel procedures.
- Balance cash float and complete end-of-shift reconciliation where required.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory usage.
- Work closely with the Food & Beverage team and kitchen to ensure smooth service.
- Support colleagues during busy periods and special events.
- Assist with café promotions, seasonal menus, and new beverage launches.
- Participate in team briefings, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Barista certification or coffee training is an advantage.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, hotel, or specialty coffee shop.
- Hospitality hotel experience is preferred.
- Pre-opening experience is an advantage.
