المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تنظيم وقيادة اجتماعات الوقوف اليومية للحفاظ على توافق الفريق حول الأولويات اليومية.
  • مساعدة قادة المشروع في الحفاظ على قائمة مهام ومتطلبات منظمة وواضحة.
  • مساعدة الفريق في تحديد وإزالة العقبات التي قد تبطئ تقدم مشاريع البنية التحتية.

Bavarian Capital is expanding its team to support a large scale engagement with a major Saudi infrastructure group. This Junior Scrum Master role is essential for maintaining the flow of information and ensuring that our internal processes remain clear and efficient as we help our client build sustainable value. We are looking for a professional who values stability and clear communication to help coordinate our efforts on this significant project.

About the role
 In this position, you will act as a facilitator for a distributed team of professionals working on large infrastructure initiatives. You will work closely with project leads and team members to ensure that work is organized, impediments are identified, and the team remains focused on long term objectives. Since we operate as a fully remote firm, your ability to manage digital coordination and maintain professional communication across time zones will be central to your success. This is an entry level role designed for someone who is organized, observant, and eager to apply Agile principles in a practical, professional setting.

What you will do
  • Organize and lead daily standup meetings to keep the team aligned on daily priorities.
  • Assist the project leads in maintaining a clear and organized backlog of tasks and requirements.
  • Help the team identify and resolve obstacles that may slow down the progress of infrastructure projects.
  • Facilitate planning sessions to ensure that the scope of work for each cycle is well understood.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure that all updates are recorded accurately in our management tools.
  • Gather and report basic team metrics to help visualize progress and areas for improvement.
  • Encourage a culture of reflection by leading retrospective meetings at the end of each work cycle.
  • Coordinate with external partners from the Saudi infrastructure group to ensure technical requirements are clearly communicated.
  • Support the team in adhering to established workflows while identifying areas where communication could be clearer.
