نبذة عن الوظيفة

تقع هذه الوظيفة عند تقاطع إدارة البيانات ودعم القرارات الاستراتيجية. ستعمل عن كثب مع خبراء الاستثمار وفِرق العمليات لدى العميل لضمان دقة تدفقات البيانات وسهولة الوصول إلى الرؤى. كعضو مبتدئ في الفريق، ستتلقى التوجيه اللازم لتطبيق المهارات التقنية على التحديات المالية والتشغيلية الواقعية في بيئة عمل عن بعد بالكامل. تتطلب الوظيفة الدقة والالتزام، حيث إن التقارير التي تساعد في إعدادها ستُستخدم في قرارات استثمارية طويلة الأمد.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • المساعدة في صيانة وتحديث لوحات المعلومات الآلية المستخدمة في تتبع الأداء الأسبوعي.
  • المساعدة في إعداد تقارير البيانات الشهرية للعميل في الرياض.
  • إجراء تنظيف أساسي للبيانات والتحقق منها لضمان دقة التقارير واتساقها.
  • التعاون مع أعضاء الفريق لتحديد الاتجاهات في البيانات التشغيلية.
  • دعم توثيق مصادر البيانات وعمليات إعداد التقارير لضمان الوضوح الداخلي.
  • إعداد عروض تقديمية مرئية تلخص النتائج الرئيسية للمراجعات الداخلية.
  • مراقبة تنبيهات جودة البيانات والتحقيق في التناقضات عند ظهورها.
  • المساعدة في ترحيل مجموعات البيانات القديمة إلى أدوات إعداد التقارير الحالية.
  • المشاركة في المناقشات الجماعية للمساعدة في تحسين المنطق وراء المؤشرات المالية المحددة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • إلمام أساسي بلغة SQL لاستعلام قواعد البيانات وإدارتها.
  • معرفة بأدوات تصور البيانات مثل Tableau أو Power BI أو منصات مماثلة.
  • أساس متين في استخدام برامج جداول البيانات لتنظيم البيانات وتحليلها.
  • خلفية أكاديمية أو اهتمام شخصي في المالية أو الاقتصاد أو علوم البيانات.
  • الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والالتزام بإنتاج عمل دقيق وخالٍ من الأخطاء.
  • مهارات تواصل واضحة والقدرة على شرح النتائج للآخرين بطريقة مباشرة.

Bavarian Capital is expanding its analytical support for our Riyadh-based client as they grow their market presence. We are looking for a Junior BI Analyst to help us translate complex data sets into clear, actionable reporting for this ongoing partnership.
About the role
 This position sits at the intersection of data management and strategic decision support. You will work closely with our investment professionals and the client's operational teams to ensure that data flows are accurate and insights are accessible. As a junior member of the team, you will receive guidance on how to apply technical skills to real-world financial and operational challenges while working in a fully remote environment. The role requires a steady hand and a commitment to precision, as the reports you help build will inform long term investment decisions.

What you will do
  • Help maintain and update automated dashboards used for weekly performance tracking.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly data reports for our Riyadh-based client.
  • Conduct basic data cleaning and validation to ensure report accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify trends in operational data.
  • Support the documentation of data sources and reporting processes to ensure internal clarity.
  • Prepare visual presentations that summarize key findings for internal reviews.
  • Monitor data quality alerts and investigate discrepancies as they arise.
  • Assist in the migration of legacy data sets into our current reporting tools.
  • Participate in team discussions to help refine the logic behind specific financial metrics.
