توسع شركة Bavarian Capital قدراتها في الدعم التقني لمساعدة مجموعة بنية تحتية سعودية كبرى في عملياتها الرقمية المستمرة. نحن نبحث عن متخصص دعم RPA (روبوتيك بروسس أوتوميشن) للعمل عن بُعد، مقر العمل في الشرقية، الدمام، السعودية. ستعمل ضمن فريق الأتمتة لضمان موثوقية وكفاءة العمليات المؤتمتة، مما يساهم في استقرار المشاريع واسعة النطاق.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • مراقبة بوتات RPA النشطة للتأكد من إكمال المهام وفق الجدول والمنطق المحدد.
  • إجراء استكشاف أولي للأخطاء عند فشل عملية، وتحديد ما إذا كان السبب من بيانات الإدخال أو تحديثات النظام.
  • توثيق المشكلات التقنية وحلولها بشكل واضح ومنظم لبناء قاعدة معرفية للاستخدام المستقبلي.
  • التنسيق مع المطورين الكبار لتنفيذ التحديثات أو التغييرات الهيكلية البسيطة على بوتات الأتمتة الحالية.
  • إنشاء تقارير دورية عن أداء البوتات وصحة النظام لعملاء البنية التحتية لضمان الشفافية.
  • التحقق من سلامة البيانات عبر سير العمل المؤتمت لمنع الأخطاء في أنظمة إدارة رأس المال وإعداد التقارير.
  • المساعدة في نشر نصوص الأتمتة الجديدة في بيئة الإنتاج باتباع بروتوكولات اختبار صارمة.
  • تقديم إرشادات تقنية أساسية ودعم لموظفي العميل الذين يتفاعلون مع التقارير المؤتمتة أو لوحات البيانات.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة علمية أو شهادة رسمية في علوم الحاسب، نظم المعلومات، أو مجال تقني ذي صلة.

Bavarian Capital is expanding our technical support capabilities to assist a major Saudi infrastructure group with their ongoing digital operations. This RPA Support Specialist role ensures that automated processes remain reliable and efficient as our client manages large scale projects. About the role
 As a member of our automation team, you will focus on the daily monitoring and maintenance of Robotic Process Automation workflows. This is an entry level position designed for someone who is technically minded and enjoys troubleshooting in a structured environment. You will work closely with our developers and the client's internal teams to identify issues, perform basic fixes, and ensure that data flows correctly across various platforms. The role is entirely remote, allowing you to manage your tasks with professional autonomy from your chosen workspace. We prioritize a methodical approach to problem solving, ensuring that every automated task supports the broader goals of our investment and infrastructure partners.

What you will do
  • Monitor active RPA bots to ensure they are completing tasks according to schedule and predefined logic.
  • Perform initial troubleshooting when a process fails, identifying whether the issue stems from data inputs or system updates.
  • Document technical issues and their resolutions in a clear and organized manner to build a knowledge base for future use.
  • Coordinate with senior developers to implement updates or minor structural changes to existing automation bots.

  • Assist in the deployment of new automation scripts into the production environment following strict testing protocols.
