• Must hold a transferable Iqama • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field • 15+ years of experience • Must have the experience in a similar role within reputable Consultancy Companies • Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices • Proficiency in project planning tools such as Power BI, Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project • Proficient in design software such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP, and similar tools • Good understanding of budgeting, cost control, and contract management (FIDIC or similar) • Familiarity with construction methodologies, sequencing, and resource planning • Ability to analyze project risks and implement mitigation strategies • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the project from start to finish • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders • Ensure project delivery within agreed scope, time, cost, and quality r
