Job Summary
Responsibility for assigned technical areas in systems supporting car manufacturing
- Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Integrated Quality Inspection System (IQIS)
Key Requirement
System Support, Monitoring & Improvement
- MES/IQIS systems responsibility and troubleshooting to maintain assigned Information Systems running smoothly across all shops
- Continuous monitoring of MES terminals, production data, MES web, MES server, and network; come up with new ways of monitoring
- Check systems regularly and report malfunctions as needed; solve non-standard situations in cooperation with external companies when necessary
- MES system processes support, monitor and improvement; analyzing techniques and problems to provide technical support and solutions
Software Development & System Configuration
- MES System Configuration, including User Management, User Training, and equipment configuration for the MES network
- Management of assigned MES Projects, generating ideas for system improvement and developing detailed plans, procedures, and processes based on analyses and requirements
- Responsibility for providing functional support for implementation of MES software solutions
Collaboration, Integration & Administration
- Cooperate with all HMMME departments, IT vendors/service providers, and consulting companies for system optimization
- Consult with key users of MES/IQIS systems and collaborate with developers, IT Team, and business users for comprehensive system support
- Perform purchasing duties for hardware, software, and services as needed to complete tasks/projects; advise and train assigned IT department members and users
- Prepare regular reports and data requested by company management; maintain responsibility for assigned technical areas in systems supporting car manufacturing
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in managing, operating, supporting, or implementing Enterprise Systems such as ERP, MES, WMS, or similar business applications
- Experience in business requirements analysis and vendor management
Qualifications
- Practical experience with technologies: ASP.NET (C#), CSS/HTML, .NET Framework (C#), .NET MAUI (C#), EPAS (PostgreSQL), or Tibero
- Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills
- Experience in System Administration
- Strong analytical thinking and a willingness to learn new skills
- Optimistic proactive approaches to solving tasks
- Actively increase own IT qualifications through self-study and trainings provided by employer
- Perform administrative, security, and monitoring tasks as assigned by supervisor
