Job Requirement - Technical Supervisor

Position: Technical Supervisor - Commercial Kitchen & Laundry Equipment

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Technical Supervisor to lead our field service operations for commercial kitchen and laundry equipment across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate must have extensive technical expertise in installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial foodservice and laundry equipment, along with proven leadership experience in supervising service technicians and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily technical operations, supporting technicians with complex repairs, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company procedures.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in commercial kitchen and laundry equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Refrigeration, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, gas, refrigeration, steam, hydraulic, and electronic control systems.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and repairing commercial kitchen and laundry equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and equipment schematics.
• Good command of spoken and written English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Valid Saudi driving license.
• Willing and able to travel throughout Saudi Arabia as required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple service activities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Operations

• Supervise the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of commercial kitchen and laundry equipment.
• Provide advanced technical support for complex equipment failures.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are completed according to schedule.
• Conduct equipment inspections and verify repair quality before customer handover.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications and company service standards.
