Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Efficiency: Collaborates as an essential team member, contributing to operational tasks with flexibility and adaptability to daily assignments. Informs the manager of any issues as they arise in a timely manner.
• Warehouse Procedures: Ensures that all warehouse processes and SOPs, such as inbound and outbound processes, warehouse operations, and inventory management, are followed correctly.
• Execute Daily Operational Plan: Prepares and executes the daily operational plan accurately within agreed parameters.
• Inventory Management: Oversees inventory, handles goods, and maintains accurate warehouse records. Ensures effective stock control, proper storage, and timely distribution according to company procedures.
• Customer Relationship: Understands customer needs and builds strong, collaborative relationships internally and externally.
• Proactive Communication: Coordinates with planners, Sales, and Commercial Operations to ensure timely order delivery.
• Delivery Documentation: Ensures that all necessary documents, such as route plans, delivery notes, invoices, RTV documents, Bayan, Ajeer documents, and instructions, are accurately prepared and provided to the driver prior to departure. Responsible for receiving documentation and addressing any complaints or inquiries related to sales.

Educational Background / Experience

• Skilled education within Logistics, Warehousing, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in handling goods, preferably food products.
• Basic understanding of machinery, equipment, and fleet used in the warehouse, with the ability to coordinate with relevant functions to ensure timely maintenance of material-handling equipment.

General Competencies

• English and IT skills at an intermediate level.
• MS Office applications at an intermediate level (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Outlook).
• Power BI at a basic level.
• Basic knowledge of AI.
• SAP applications at an intermediate level (EWM, ERP/ECC, BW Reporting, etc.).
