Title: Governance and Reporting Manager

Core Responsibilities:
- Manage the governance framework by conducting annual reviews of HR policies and procedures in addition to conducting annual gap analysis with the regulator policies and circulars.
- Manage and track all policies review cycles with time-bound actions to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead the annual review of the employee Code of Conduct to ensure it comprehensively addresses all requirements.
- Manage the annual review of the Consequence Management Policy and procedure, ensuring proper reporting of cases to management.
- Identify and escalate issues pertaining to regulatory non-compliance or gaps/overlaps in current policy or procedures.
- Maintain an annual governance activity plan and calendar to ensure structured oversight and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Engage stakeholders and increase communication to ensure awareness and understanding of HR governance.
- Responsible for submitting periodic and ad-hoc reports requested by regulatory authorities which require an extensive coordination’s with multiple stakeholders, frequent communication, ensure validation and accuracy within the required timeframe.
- Ensure awareness of any regulatory new requirement which requires action such as gap analysis and decision making to achieve full regulatory compliance.
- Develop and maintain an HR governance dashboard to track and monitor key regulatory matrices across various HR functions.
- Act as the focal point of contact with Audit for any Audit exercise or reviews and monitor the tracking and resolution of all findings to ensure timely closure.
- Prepares Board, Sub-board and Management committee’s meeting packs submission, to ensure appropriate visibility of operational risks, controls, issues, governance and events to drive senior Management decision making.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
- Around 5 years of experience with preferred 3 years in a relevant role.
