About the job:

Kent is seeking an Engineer/Specialist - Structural/Civil to join our growing engineering Team within the Oil & Gas market in Khurais, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This is a pivotal opportunity to help shape a new and expanding team, strengthen our technical capability, and enhance Kent’s presence and reputation across the sector.

Role Summary:

A Structural/Civil Engineer shall supports the Site engineering, design, and execution of Projects in compliance with Saudi Aramco standards and international codes. The role involves in design documents reviews, preparing engineering deliverables, supporting construction and commissioning activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review of Structural/Civil design package including Foundations, structural steel works, pipe racks, platforms, equipment foundations, rotating equipment foundations, HVAC support structures, firefighting system supports, and utility support structures, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
• Review of engineering deliverables such as structural design calculations, foundation reports, geotechnical interpretation inputs, material take-offs (MTO), and technical reports.
• Perform structural analysis and design verification for concrete and steel structures including load using applicable engineering software.
• Ensure all Civil/Structural Engineering designs and documents comply with Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards, Specification other applicable international codes .
• Review and validate vendor documents, shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and manufacturer data for compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare Procurement documents MTA, MR, TBE etc..
• Prepare redline markups and as-built documentation (including I-Plant requirements).
• Identify and report technical issues or deviations and prepare Technical queries .
• Support preparation of reports, method statements, and work procedures.

Knowledge of AutoCAD, MicroStation and Solid Works, along with structural analysis software such as STAAD Pro, ETABS or equivalent.
