Centriq currently owns five clinics in Riyadh and is positioned to become a major player in the aesthetics sector in the Kingdom.

Role Description The Influencer Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh. This role is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and building relationships with influencers and content creators across social media platforms relevant to the aesthetics and skincare industry. The specialist will plan and execute influencer campaigns, negotiate collaborations, coordinate content calendars, and ensure brand alignment and compliance with company guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data and insights, preparing reports, and optimizing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. The role also involves close collaboration with the marketing, clinic operations, and digital teams to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless customer journey.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in influencer identification, outreach, and relationship management, including experience working with social media creators and brand ambassadors.
• Candidates should possess skills in campaign planning and execution, including content brief development, scheduling, and coordination with internal marketing and creative teams.
• Candidates should possess skills in social media and digital marketing, such as familiarity with major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube), audience targeting, and community engagement.
• Candidates should possess analytical skills, including the ability to track KPIs, interpret performance data, prepare reports, and refine strategies based on insights.
• Candidates should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple partnerships and maintain professional, long-term collaborations.
• Relevant qualifications include experience in marketing within beauty, skincare, or aesthetics, proficiency in English (and Arabic preferred), and the ability to work on-site in Riyadh.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred
