تعلن شركة معادن عن توفر وظيفة Senior Specialist, Lab Technician في السعودية، حيث سيقوم المرشح بدفع نتائج عالية التأثير في مجالات التعدين ومعالجة المعادن من خلال تنفيذ أنشطة مختبرية وتقنية متخصصة تدعم مبادرات الابتكار وتحسين العمليات والأداء التشغيلي، وذلك في إطار استراتيجية التكنولوجيا والابتكار بالشركة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء الاختبارات المختبرية والتجارب وتحليل العينات وفق الإجراءات والمعايير المحددة.
- تحضير العينات وضمان التعامل السليم معها، وتسميتها وتخزينها بشكل مناسب.
- تسجيل نتائج الاختبارات والتحقق من دقتها وموثوقيتها وتحليلها.
- دعم الفرق التقنية والمسؤولة عن المعالجة المعدنية وعمليات التعدين من خلال الرؤى والبيانات المختبرية.
- المساعدة في تنفيذ برامج البحث والتطوير والاختبارات التجريبية للعمليات والمواد الجديدة.
- تشغيل أجهزة المختبر والتأكد من استخدامها بشكل سليم وآمن، وإجراء المعايرة والصيانة الدورية لها.
- تحليل النتائج المختبرية وإعداد التقارير الفنية لأصحاب المصلحة، وتحديد الاتجاهات وفرص التحسين.
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير السلامة المختبرية والسياسات البيئية وإجراءات الجودة والرقابة.
- دعم عمليات التدقيق والالتزام بالمتطلبات التنظيمية والحوكمة.
- المساهمة في تحسين العمليات المختبرية وتبني أفضل الممارسات والتقنيات الجديدة.
- التعاون مع المهندسين والفنيين ومشاركة المعرفة والنتائج لدعم اتخاذ القرارات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في علم المعادن (Metallurgy) أو الكيمياء أو الهندسة الكيميائية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- الشهادات التقنية في عمليات المختبر تُعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8-10 سنوات في حوكمة البيانات أو إدارة البيانات الرئيسية أو أدوار إدارة البيانات داخل مؤسسات معقدة.
- خبرة مثبتة في تنفيذ أطر حوكمة البيانات وإدارة البيانات الرئيسية على مستوى المؤسسة.
- كفاءات الأداء العالي في معادن: التفكير التحليلي، الاهتمام بالتفاصيل، حل المشكلات، الوعي بالسلامة، العمل الجماعي والتعاون، التميز في التسليم.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة عملية في تقنيات وأجهزة الاختبارات المختبرية.
- فهم عمليات معالجة المعادن والعمليات المعدنية.
- مهارات قوية في تسجيل البيانات وتحليلها وإعداد التقارير.
- معرفة بمعايير مراقبة الجودة والسلامة المختبرية.
- القدرة على اتباع الإجراءات المنظمة والحفاظ على الدقة.
- إتقان أساسي لأدوات تحليل البيانات (Excel أو ما يعادله).

Key Accountabilities
- Laboratory Testing & Analysis
- Conduct laboratory testing, experiments, and sample analysis in accordance with defined procedures and standards.
- Prepare samples and ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage.
- Record, validate, and analyze test results to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Process Support & Technical Execution
- Support metallurgical, mineral processing, and technical teams through laboratory-based insights and data.
- Assist in execution of R&D and pilot testing programs for new processes and materials.
- Contribute to process optimization by providing accurate and timely test results.
- Equipment Operation & Maintenance
- Operate laboratory equipment, ensuring proper usage and adherence to safety practices.
- Perform routine calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of laboratory instruments.
- Ensure all equipment is functional, safe, and compliant with operational requirements.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze laboratory results and prepare reports for technical and operational stakeholders.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities based on test data.
- Maintain proper documentation of test results, methodologies, and findings.
- Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety standards, environmental policies, and operational procedures.
- Follow quality control protocols and ensure testing accuracy and consistency.
- Support audits and ensure adherence to regulatory and governance requirements.
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve laboratory processes, testing methodologies, and efficiency.
- Support implementation of best practices and new technologies in laboratory operations.
- Contribute to innovation and process improvement initiatives within the function.
- Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
- Collaborate with metallurgists, engineers, and technical teams to support integrated delivery.
- Share knowledge, results, and insights with stakeholders to support decision-making.
- Contribute to documentation, standardization, and knowledge management.
Minimum Qualification, Experience and Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Technical certifications in laboratory operations are an advantage.
- 8-10 years of experience in data governance, master data management, or data management roles within complex organizations.
