منسق المخزون في شركة Apparel Group، السعودية، مسؤول عن استلام وتخزين البضائع وضمان دقة المخزون وتنظيم المنتجات لضمان التدفق السلس من المخزن إلى صالة العرض.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • استلام البضائع وعدّها فعلياً وإلكترونياً لضمان دقة المعلومات.
  • فحص جودة المنتجات والإبلاغ عن أي تالف لمدير المتجر أو مساعد المدير.
  • ضمان التخزين والمناولة المناسبين للمنتجات لمنع التلف.
  • تصنيف المنتجات وترتيبها في المخزن وفق إجراءات المتجر لضمان توفرها بسرعة.
  • وضع بطاقات الأسعار على البضائع الجديدة وإرجاع المنتجات حسب تعليمات المسؤول.
  • مساعدة طاقم المبيعات في إعادة تعبئة الرفوف لضمان توفر المنتجات دائماً.
  • الحفاظ على اليقظة الأمنية في المتجر دون أي إهمال.
  • ضمان أعلى معايير النظافة والترتيب.
  • المرونة للعمل لساعات إضافية خلال فترات التخفيضات والمهرجانات.
  • تسجيل حركة المخزون (داخل/خارج) والحفاظ على التقارير الخاصة بذلك.
  • التحقق من وجود بطاقات الأسعار المفقودة والإبلاغ عنها.
  • المساعدة في عمليات جرد المخزون (Stock Take).

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • اللياقة البدنية والقدرة على رفع أوزان تصل إلى 10 كجم.
  • المرونة للعمل لساعات إضافية خلال فترات التخفيضات والمهرجانات.
  • الخبرة السابقة في مجال المخزون أو المستودعات أو الخدمات اللوجستية (مفضلة).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات تنظيمية قوية.
  • الإلمام بنظام إدارة المستودعات (Warehouse Management System) لتتبع وإدارة المخزون.

Position Objective

Stock Coordinator is responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing merchandise and maintaining accurate stock levels, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the seamless flow of products from the stockroom to the sales floor. Stock Coordinator works closely with store management, sales associates, and other team members to uphold a high standard of organization.

Process

Key Responsibility:

  • Receive merchandize and count it physically and electronically in order to ensure accuracy of information
  • Inspect the quality of the products and report the discrepancies to store manager / assistant store manager about damaged products.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of merchandise to prevent damage.
  • Classify and stock the products in the stock room as per the store procedures to ensure quick availability of the product.
  • Tag the newly arrived stock and / or return the products as per the instruction of senior
  • Assist the sales staff in replenishing stocks on the shelves in order to ensure availability of products at all times
  • Ensure awareness and vigilance at all times of security in the store without any negligence
  • Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping standards
  • Flexible to work for extended hours during the Sale / Festival period
  • Must be physically fit and ability of heavy lifting of around 10kgs of weight.
  • Record the inventory inward / outward and maintain the report of the same
  • Check for missing price tags and report the same
  • Assist during Stock Take processes

Desired Experience

The ideal Stock Coordinator in a retail company should have strong organizational Skills with familiarity with warehouse management system to keep track and manage stock. Previous experience in a similar stock, warehouse, or logistics role is preferred.
