We're looking for an F&B Creative & Innovation Specialist to transform market insights into exciting new products, seasonal collections, gifting concepts, and memorable brand experiences. If you're someone who spots trends before everyone else and loves bringing creative ideas to life, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Research global and local food, dessert, and consumer trends.
• Research global and local food trends to identify opportunities for innovative ice cream flavors, cake concepts, seasonal collections, and gifting products.
• Develop creative gifting products and limited-edition offerings.
• Develop and manage packaging concepts and enhancements, ensuring an optimal balance between shelf appeal, brand consistency, and cost across everyday and seasonal/gifting product lines.
• Analyze competitors and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations to bring ideas from concept to launch.
• Lead product trials, gather customer feedback, and continuously improve the product portfolio.

What We're Looking For

• 2- years of experience in product innovation, product development, market research, or consumer insights.
• Background in Food & Beverage, desserts, bakery, or FMCG is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of food trends and customer behavior.
• A creative mindset with an eye for product presentation, packaging, and gifting experiences.
• Ability to turn ideas into commercially successful products.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Arabic and English proficiency is preferred.
