تعلن شركة فقيه للرعاية الصحية عن توفر وظيفة استشاري طب أسرة في منطقة مكة المكرمة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • أداء المهام السريرية وفق الصلاحيات السريرية المحددة.
  • تقييم المرضى بشكل شامل (سريري، اجتماعي اقتصادي، نفسي ووظيفي) وتوثيق التقييم في السجلات الطبية.
  • وضع خطة رعاية للمرضى باستخدام منهج قائم على الأدلة ووفق معايير الرعاية، وتوثيقها في السجل الطبي.
  • ضمان تنفيذ خطة رعاية المرضى في الوقت المناسب.
  • كون الطبيب المسؤول الرئيسي (MRP) عن المرضى المنومين تحت اسمه.
  • وضع خطة خروج للمرضى المنومين في يوم الدخول وإشراك خدمة تخطيط الخروج مبكراً عند الحاجة.
  • تقييم المرضى المنومين تحت اسمه مرة واحدة يومياً على الأقل وتوثيق التقييم اليومي وخطة الرعاية في ملاحظات التقدم اليومية باستخدام تنسيق SOAP.
  • الاستجابة للاستشارات الطبية في الوقت المناسب.
  • توثيق التدخلات الطبية التي يجريها للمرضى في الوقت المناسب.
  • الالتزام التام بمعايير فقيه للرعاية الصحية لتوثيق السجلات الطبية.
  • المسؤولية عن إكمال ومصادقة ملخصات الخروج للمرضى المنومين تحت اسمه في الوقت المناسب، وضمان تقديم تعليمات الخروج والتوعية بالأدوية المنزلية قبل خروج المريض.
  • الالتزام بمهام المنشأة الصحية والاستجابة للاستدعاءات وفق جدول المناوبات للقسم/الوحدة.
  • حضور اجتماعات القسم والاجتماعات العامة للموظفين والمساهمة بأفكار لتحسين الكفاءة والإنتاجية ورضا المرضى.
  • كتابة التقارير الطبية للمرضى في الوقت المناسب ووفق تنسيق فقيه للرعاية الصحية.
  • المساهمة في جولات التعليم والأنشطة التعليمية حسب طلب رئيس القسم الطبي.
  • توعية المرضى وعائلاتهم حول الحالات الصحية والعلاجات والإجراءات الوقائية.
  • أي مهام أخرى تُسند ضمن نطاق المسؤولية ومتطلبات الوظيفة.
  • أداء جميع الواجبات والمهام بطريقة تدعم قيم الرعاية المتمحورة حول الشخص في فقيه.
  • المساهمة الفعالة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر ضمن نطاق الدور.
  • الالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة والسعي الاستباقي لمعالجة أي مخاوف متعلقة بالسلامة الوظيفية.
  • الحفاظ على السرية التامة لجميع المعلومات الحساسة التي يتم الوصول إليها أو مواجهتها أثناء العمل.
  • الامتثال لسياسات ومعايير الأمن السيبراني لحماية أنظمة فقيه والمشاركة في التدريبات والمبادرات التوعوية لمنع التهديدات السيبرانية.
  • الالتزام بمدونة قواعد السلوك والسياسات والمعايير الأخلاقية لشركة فقيه للرعاية الصحية.
  • إكمال التعليم الإلزامي وفقاً للمتطلبات، قبل شهر واحد على الأقل من تاريخ انتهاء الصلاحية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • القدرة على التواصل بوضوح مع المرضى وعائلاتهم والأطباء والموظفين غير الطبيين.
  • مهارات استخدام الحاسب الآلي وبرامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس.
  • مهارات تنظيمية جيدة والقدرة على العمل في حالات الضغط العالي.
  • إتمام الخبرة وفقاً للهيئة التنظيمية الصحية الإقليمية (كما هو مذكور في التعليم) في مجال التخصص داخل مراكز طبية معترف بها.
  • إتمام تدريب منظم في مجال التخصص أو التخصص الدقيق في مركز طبي معترف به، والحصول على أعلى درجة سريرية في ذلك التخصص يمكن منحها من ذلك المركز.
  • إتقان ممتاز للغة الإنجليزية والعربية كتابةً وتحدثاً.
  • رخصة مزاولة المهنة من الهيئة التنظيمية الصحية الإقليمية (مثل الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية / هيئة الصحة بدبي) بالإضافة إلى شهادة دعم الحياة الأساسي (BLS) وشهادة متقدمة إن وجدت.

Description

Job Purpose:

Performs assessment and management of patients with an evidence-based approach, according to standards of care, and in compliance with Fakeeh Care bylaws, policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities And Duties

  • Performs clinical duties as per his / her assigned clinical privileges.
  • Assesses his / her patients thoroughly (eg. clinical, socioeconomic, psychological and functional assessments) and documents patients' assessment in patients' medical records.
  • Develops a plan of care for patients using an evidence-based approach and following standards of care, and documents the plan of care in patients’ medical record.
  • Ensures that patients’ plan of care that is put by him/her is being implemented in a timely manner.
  • Becomes the most responsible physician (MRP) for inpatients admitted under his / her name.
  • For inpatients admitted under his / her name, develops discharge plan on day of admission and involves discharge-planning service as early as possible if warranted.
  • Assesses inpatients that are admitted under his / her name at least once daily and ensures documentation of daily assessment and plan of care in daily progress notes using SOAP format.
  • Responds to medical consultations in timely manner.
  • Documents medical interventions that he / she performs on patients in a timely manner.
  • Strictly follows Fakeeh care standards for documentation in medical records
  • Responsible for timely completion and authentication of discharge summaries for patients admitted under his / her name. Also responsible for ensuring that indicated discharge instructions and education on take home medications is done prior to patients discharge.
  • Attends to Fakeeh Health Care facility duties and responds to calls from the facility as per the departmental / section call schedule.
  • Attends departmental and general staff meetings and contributes ideas for improving efficiency, productivity and patient satisfaction.
  • Responsible for writing medical reports of his / her patients in a timely manner an das per Fakeeh care format
  • Contributes to teaching rounds and teaching activities as requested by chairperson of medical department.
  • Educates patients and their families about health conditions, treatments and preventative measures.
  • Other duties as assigned within the scope of responsibility and requirements of the job.

Requirements

Skills and Abilities:

  • Must be able to clearly communicate with patients and their families, physicians and non-medical staff.
  • Microsoft computer skills.
  • Should have good organization skills and be able to work in high stress situations.

Experience

Completion of experience according to the regional health regulatory authority (as mentioned in education) within the field of specialty, in recognized medical centers.

Education

Completion of structured training in the field of specialty or subspecialty in a recognized medical center, and obtaining the highest clinical degree in that field of specialty that can be granted by that medical center.

Language

Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.

Licenses / Certifications

License for practice as per the regional health regulatory authority e.g. (SCFHS / DHA), BLS and advanced license if applicable.
