نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى أخصائي LWD الميداني مسؤولية تشغيل وصيانة معدات التسجيل أثناء الحفر (LWD) والقياس أثناء الحفر (MWD) في موقع جهاز الحفر. تشمل المهام جمع البيانات، وضبط الجودة، وتوليد التسجيلات، ودعم تقديم الخدمة لضمان تلبية متطلبات العميل بأمان وكفاءة، وذلك وفقاً لسياسات الشركة والإجراءات الفنية والمعايير الهندسية وأفضل الممارسات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- فهم والامتثال لجميع سياسات وإجراءات ولوائح السلامة في Weatherford.
- الإلمام بسياسة الجودة الخاصة بـ Weatherford والامتثال لجميع متطلبات نظام إدارة الجودة والإجراءات التشغيلية والفنية وتعليمات العمل.
- تنفيذ مهام العمل بمستوى عالٍ من جودة الخدمة والاحترافية.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات العمليات اليومية واجتماعات السلامة ومحادثات الأدوات وتحليل مخاطر الوظيفة، والإبلاغ عن المخاطر والمشكلات عبر القنوات المناسبة.
- تشغيل وصيانة أنظمة السطح وأدوات قاع البئر الخاصة بـ MWD/LWD في موقع الحفر.
- مراقبة وجمع والتحقق من صحة بيانات قاع البئر لضمان جودة البيانات وموثوقيتها.
- المساعدة في تفسير القياسات أسفل البئر وإيصال المعلومات التشغيلية إلى الحفارين الاتجاهيين وممثلي الشركة والجيولوجيين.
- إنتاج المخرجات اليومية للعميل بما في ذلك التسجيلات وملفات LAS والتقارير التشغيلية.
- إجراء فحوصات الجودة على البيانات والتقارير قبل تقديمها للعملاء.
- الحفاظ على التواصل الاستباقي مع طاقم جهاز الحفر وممثلي العملاء لدعم نجاح العمليات.
- دعم أنشطة التجميع والتفكيك للمعدات السطحية وضمان بقاء المعدات في حالة عمل جيدة.
- الحفاظ على جرد الوحدة وضمان توفر جميع المعدات المطلوبة وجاهزيتها للخدمة.
- المساعدة في تدريب وتطوير الموظفين الميدانيين المبتدئين عند الحاجة.
- استكشاف المشكلات التشغيلية وإصلاحها ورفع المخاوف الفنية بشكل مناسب.
- أداء المهام الأخرى التي يكلف بها المشرف ضمن القيود المادية للوظيفة.
- الاستعداد للسفر المحلي والدولي والعمل في بيئات برية وبحرية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو تخصص تقني ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 1 إلى 3 سنوات في العمليات الميدانية لـ MWD/LWD.
- إكمال جميع متطلبات التدريب والكفاءة الخاصة بمستوى Field Specialist I.
- فهم أساسي لعمليات الحفر وأجهزة الحفر.
- يفضل وجود خبرة في أدوات التوجيه الدوارة (Rotary Steerable Tools - RST).
- التزام واضح بالسلامة والجودة والتميز التشغيلي.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في العمل الجماعي والتعاون مع القدرة على العمل بفعالية في بيئات متنوعة.

- Understand and comply with all Weatherford safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Know and adhere to Weatherford's Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Management System, Operating Procedures, Technical Procedures, and Work Instructions.
- Execute work assignments with a high level of service quality and professionalism.
- Participate in daily operations meetings, safety meetings, toolbox talks, and Job Hazard Analyses (JHA), reporting hazards and issues through the appropriate channels.
- Operate and maintain MWD/LWD surface systems and downhole tools at the rig site.
- Monitor, acquire, and validate downhole data to ensure data quality and reliability.
- Assist in interpreting downhole measurements and communicate operational information to directional drillers, company representatives, and geologists.
- Generate daily client deliverables including logs, LAS files, and operational reports.
- Perform quality checks on data and reports before submission to clients.
- Maintain proactive communication with rig personnel and client representatives to support successful operations.
- Support rig-up and rig-down activities of surface equipment and ensure equipment is maintained in good working condition.
- Maintain unit inventory and ensure all required equipment is available and serviceable.
- Assist in the training and development of junior field personnel when required.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate technical concerns appropriately.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
- Be available for domestic and international travel and work in both onshore and offshore environments.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in diverse environments.
- Ability to perform under pressure in challenging operational conditions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Positive attitude with strong self-discipline and motivation.
- Ability to build effective working relationships with rig-site personnel at all levels.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in MWD/LWD field operations.
- Completion of all Field Specialist I training and competency requirements.
- Basic understanding of drilling and rig operations.
- Experience with Rotary Steerable Tools (RST) is preferred.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
