المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء زيارات اختيار المواقع والبدء والمراقبة والإغلاق.
- دعم تطوير خطة استقطاب المشاركين.
- تقييم جودة ونزاهة ممارسات الموقع وفقًا للمتطلبات التنظيمية (Good Clinical Practice وإرشادات المؤتمر الدولي للتنسيق).
- إدارة التقدم من خلال تتبع التقديمات التنظيمية والتسجيل واستكمال نماذج تقارير الحالات وحل استفسارات البيانات.
- التعاون مع الخبراء في مواقع الدراسة وممثلي العملاء.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة جامعية في تخصص علمي أو رعاية صحية.
- خبرة في صناعة الأدوية و/أو بيئة التجارب السريرية.
- مهارات جيدة جدًا في استخدام الحاسوب بما في ذلك MS Office.
- إتقان ممتاز للغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
- مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة وقت وحل المشكلات.
- القدرة على بناء والحفاظ على علاقات عمل فعالة مع الزملاء والمديرين والعملاء.
- المرونة للسفر.
- رخصة قيادة من الفئة ب.

Associate Clinical Research Associate

Under General Supervision, Your Responsibilities Will Include

Under General Supervision, Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Performing site selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits
- Supporting the development of a subject recruitment plan
- Evaluating the quality and integrity of site practices in accordance with regulatory requirements, i.e., Good Clinical Practice and International Conference on Harmonization guidelines
- Managing progress by tracking regulatory submissions, recruitment, case report form completion, and data query resolutions
- Collaborating with experts at study sites and with client representatives
- University degree in scientific discipline or health care
- Experience in Pharma Industry, and/or Clinical Trials environment
- Very good computer skills including MS Office
- Excellent command of Arabic and English language
- Organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and clients
- Flexibility to travel
