We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of an aesthetic clinic, maintain operational and regulatory compliance, and support the branch’s financial and service performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the clinic’s daily operations and ensure smooth, efficient workflow.
• Supervise department heads and monitor compliance with operational standards, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor branch revenue, review financial performance, and follow up on revenue targets in coordination with the relevant departments.
• Oversee the branch’s compliance with the requirements of the Ministry of Health and other relevant government authorities.
• Follow up on branch licences, regulatory requirements, inspections, and corrective actions.
• Address branch-level operational issues and escalate major concerns to senior management.
• Oversee resource allocation and staff scheduling according to operational needs.
• Conduct regular meetings with physicians and other team members to review performance, challenges, and required actions.
• Monitor operational KPIs and prepare performance reports and recommendations.
• Improve the branch’s Google Maps presence by supporting a positive patient experience, encouraging genuine reviews, and ensuring professional responses to feedback.
• Follow up on patient complaints and ensure timely and appropriate resolution.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the direct manager within the scope of the position.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in operations management, preferably within aesthetic clinics or healthcare facilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Strong experience in branch management, team supervision, and daily operations.
• Practical knowledge of Saudi Ministry of Health requirements and healthcare regulatory compliance.
• Experience in revenue monitoring, resource planning, staff scheduling, and KPI reporting.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant operational systems.
• Professional proficiency in Arabic and English.
