المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم وتقديم ميزات المنتج والتحديات الهندسية الصغيرة والمتوسطة، مع الدعم من المهندسين الأكبر خبرة عند الحاجة.
- تطبيق حكم تقني سليم ضمن مجالات مسؤوليتك، وتقديم حلول موثوقة وقابلة للصيانة وعملية.
- زيادة الملكية لنتائج الميزات، وتحديد مخاوف الجودة والتصميم والتسليم بشكل استباقي.
- تنظيم العمل غير الواضح من خلال تفكيك المشكلات وتحديد المخاطر والتبعيات والتواصل بها مبكراً.
- اتباع نهج MVP بتقديم زيادات صغيرة وقيمة بشكل متكرر مع الحفاظ على معايير جودة عالية.
- كتابة كود نظيف ومبني على الاختبارات، وتحسين التطبيقات الحالية باستمرار من خلال إعادة الهيكلة والممارسات الهندسية المنضبطة.

Accountabilities
- Design and deliver product features and small-to-medium engineering challenges, working with support from senior engineers when needed.
- Apply sound technical judgment within your areas of ownership, producing solutions that are reliable, maintainable and pragmatic.
- Take increasing ownership of feature-level outcomes, proactively identifying and raising quality, design and delivery concerns.

- 5+ years of professional experience developing applications with Flutter and Dart.
- Strong hands-on experience building and maintaining mobile applications for both Android and iOS.
- Experience with state management solutions such as BLoC, Provider or comparable approaches.
- Practical experience integrating Firebase, including services such as Firestore, Authentication and Push Notifications.
- Strong understanding of Git and modern version control practices.
- Good knowledge of mobile design principles, architectural patterns and development best practices.
- Experience publishing and managing applications through both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Solid experience applying Test-Driven Development (TDD) in production environments.
- Ability to create and maintain comprehensive unit, widget and integration tests in Flutter.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, with a focus on clean code, maintainability, quality and pragmatic delivery.
- Ability to work independently on feature-level problems while collaborating effectively with more experienced engineers.
