تسعى شركة WSP in the Middle East إلى توظيف مدير مشروع (مشروع طرق وطرق سريعة) للعمل في الرياض، السعودية. المرشح المثالي يتمتع بخبرة واسعة في الإشراف على إنشاء مشاريع البنية التحتية مثل الطرق والجسور والأنفاق، مع سجل حافل في تسليم مشاريع النقل الكبرى ضمن قطاع الاستشارات الهندسية في السعودية أو منطقة الخليج.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة فريق الإشراف على إنشاء مشاريع البنية التحتية الكبرى بما في ذلك الطرق والجسور والطرق السريعة والأنفاق.
  • إدارة العمليات اليومية للمشروع مع ضمان الامتثال لوثائق العقد والمواصفات ومعايير الجودة واللوائح المحلية.
  • التنسيق مع العملاء والمقاولين والاستشاريين الفرعيين والجهات الحكومية لحل المشكلات الفنية والتعاقدية.
  • إعداد وإدارة جداول المشروع، ومراقبة التقدم، وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية عند الحاجة.
  • الإشراف على مراقبة الجودة وضمان الجودة (QA/QC) والامتثال للصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) في الموقع.
  • مراجعة واعتماد وثائق المشروع مثل منهجيات العمل والرسومات التنفيذية وطلبات المعلومات والتقديمات الفنية.
  • مراقبة أداء المقاول، وتتبع التأخيرات أو التغييرات، ودعم إعداد أوامر التغيير والمطالبات.
  • قيادة اجتماعات متابعة التقدم، وتقديم تقارير منتظمة للإدارة العليا والعميل.
  • ضمان تحقيق معالم المشروع والتسليمات ضمن الميزانية وفي الوقت المحدد.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل الماجستير).
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 20 عاماً في الإشراف على إنشاء الطرق والجسور والطرق السريعة والأنفاق.
  • 5 سنوات على الأقل من الخبرة في السعودية أو منطقة الخليج في دور استشاري.
  • خبرة مثبتة في إدارة مشاريع البنية التحتية واسعة النطاق وفقاً للمعايير السعودية (وزارة النقل، أرامكو، أو جهات أخرى).
  • معرفة قوية بإطار العقود FIDIC أو ما يماثلها.
  • شهادة PMP (محترف إدارة المشاريع) مفضلة.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية إجبارية؛ ومعرفة اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والقيادة والتعامل مع العملاء.
  • القدرة على إدارة فرق كبيرة والتنسيق مع جهات متعددة.
  • مهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات قوية.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in construction supervision of infrastructure projects such as roads, highways, bridges, and tunnels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering major transportation projects within the construction consultancy sector in Saudi Arabia or the Gulf region. This role requires effective leadership, technical oversight, contract administration, and stakeholder coordination to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the construction supervision team for major infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, highways, and tunnels.
  • Manage day-to-day project operations, ensuring compliance with contract documents, specifications, quality standards, and local regulations.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, subconsultants, and government authorities to resolve technical and contractual issues.
  • Prepare and manage project schedules, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Oversee quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) and health, safety & environmental (HSE) compliance on-site.
  • Review and approve project documentation such as method statements, shop drawings, RFIs, and technical submittals.
  • Monitor contractor performance, track delays or variations, and support the preparation of change orders and claims.
  • Lead progress meetings, provide regular reporting to senior management and the client.
  • Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met within budget and on schedule.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in construction supervision of roads, bridges, highways, and tunnels.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region in a consultancy role.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects in accordance with Saudi Arabian standards (MOT, Aramco, or other authorities).
  • Strong knowledge of FIDIC or similar contract frameworks.
  • Certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
