Job Summary:

Technology Systems Manager is responsible for managing, maintaining, and improving the organization’s technology systems and infrastructure. The role oversees enterprise applications, systems administration, integrations, cybersecurity coordination, vendors, and IT service delivery to ensure technology is secure, reliable, scalable, and aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of IT systems, applications, servers, networks, and cloud platforms.
• Lead the implementation, configuration, integration, and maintenance of business systems.
• Monitor system performance, availability, capacity, and security.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, standards, and technical documentation.
• Manage system upgrades, patches, migrations, backups, and disaster-recovery processes.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues and system incidents.
• Coordinate with various departments and business units to gather and analyze technical project requirements and communicate them to the consultant.
• Support the implementation of IT projects, including system updates, upgrades, and new system deployments, in collaboration with the consultant.
• Maintain and regularly update project files and documentation to track service deliverables and monitor project progress.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT systems, infrastructure, applications, or technology management.
• Experience managing enterprise systems and technology projects.
• Experience managing third-party technology vendors.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with Oracle and Yardi systems
