تعلن شركة Wood، إحدى الشركات العالمية الرائدة في الاستشارات والهندسة والعمليات في قطاعي الطاقة والمواد، عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لمستشار الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE Advisor) في مجال التعدين، في السعودية. سيكون الموقع في البداية مكتبياً في الخبر أو الرياض أو الجبيل، ثم ينتقل إلى موقع عمل بنظام المناوبة 8/2.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير خطط تحسين HSE السنوية بما يتماشى مع أهداف الشركة والعميل والوحدة الاستراتيجية.
- إدارة متطلبات واجهة HSE في المشروع وضمان الامتثال لجميع وثائق الواجهة الحالية والمستقبلية.
- ضمان إبلاغ جميع الموظفين المعنيين بالمتطلبات الواردة في وثائق/خطط واجهة HSE.
- دعم تحقيقات حوادث HSE والاضطلاع بمتطلبات الإبلاغ المناسبة.
- المساعدة في تنسيق المراجعات الداخلية والخارجية.
- إيصال الرسائل المهمة من الحوادث والوقائع ضمن عملية الدروس المستفادة إلى جميع الأطراف المعنية.
- تعزيز وإبلاغ الدروس المستفادة من المشروع الخاص، والإبلاغ عن أوجه القصور في وظائف المشروع والشركة، وتسجيل جميع القضايا القابلة للإبلاغ في أنظمة تتبع الإجراءات والإبلاغ عن الحوادث.
- ضمان وجود ترتيبات الاستجابة للطوارئ وإبلاغها لجميع الموظفين، وضمان توافق متطلبات المشروع مع متطلبات العميل إذا كانت لها الأولوية.
- التواصل وبناء العلاقات مع ممثلي HSE لدى العميل وممثلي السلامة في الموقع حسب الحاجة.
- إدارة الحضور والمشاركة في اجتماعات HSE وورش العمل والمنتديات الخاصة بالمشروع.
- الحفاظ على نظام لرصد أداء HSE.
- تطوير برنامج زيارات ميدانية لـ HSE للنفس ولإدارة المشروع/العقد ولإدارة HSE المركزية.
- تشجيع مشاركة القوى العاملة في جميع أنشطة HSE والمبادرات والبرامج.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 2 إلى 5 سنوات في دور فني أو مرتبط بدور HSE في صناعة أخرى.
- الإلمام بلوائح الصناعة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات جيدة في التخطيط والتنظيم.
- إجادة استخدام حزمة MS Office.
- مستوى عالٍ من مهارات التواصل كتابةً وتحدثاً.

Wood is currently seeking an HSE Advisor to support our Projects business. The position may initially be office-based in Al Khobar, Riyadh, or Jubail, prior to mobilising to a site-based assignment in Saudi Arabia on an 8/2 rotation.

- Developing annual HSE improvement plans in line with Company and Client strategic and business unit objectives
- Managing the project HSE interface requirements; ensuring compliance with all existing interface documents and in the development of future plans.
- Ensuring the requirements stipulated in HSE interface documents/plans are communicated to all relevant personnel
- SupportingHSE incident investigations and undertaking the appropriate reporting requirements.
- Assist in coordinating internal and external audits
- Communicating the important messages from incidents and accidents as a part of the Lessonslearned process to all relevant parties
- Promoting and communicating lessons learned from within their own project; reporting deficiencies within project and corporate functions and recording all reportable issues within company action tracking and incident reporting systems
- Ensuring that emergency response arrangements are in place and are communicated to all personnel; ensuring that project requirements align with Client requirements if these take precedence
- Liaising with and building relationship with Client HSE Reps and site Safety Reps as required
- Managing attendance and participation at project HSE meetings, workshops and forums.
- Maintaining a system for monitoring HSE performance
- Developing a site HSE visit programme for both self and for project/contract management and for Corporate HSE management
- Promoting workforce involvement in all HSE activities, initiatives and programmes
Knowledge, skills and experience:
- 2-5 years in a technical role, or association with HSE role in another industry
- Familiarisation with industry regulations
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Effective/competent MS Office Suite User
- High level of communication skills in both written and spoken format
