تسعى شركة Wood، الرائدة عالمياً في الاستشارات والهندسة والعمليات لقطاعي الطاقة والمواد، إلى تعيين مهندس مشاريع أول (Senior Site Project Engineer / PE IV) للانضمام إلى فريق إدارة المشاريع في الخبر، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية. ستعمل على تطوير منجم ذهب جديد ومرفق معالجة في موقع نائي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المساهمة في خطة تنفيذ المشروع، وتعليمات التصميم الهندسي، وطلبات العقود، وإعداد خطط المشروع ووثائق متعددة التخصصات.
- إدارة وتنسيق المدخلات الهندسية متعددة التخصصات ومخرجاتها عبر مراكز تنفيذ متعددة.
- مراقبة نظام الجودة ومعالجة القصور، والتأكد من تحديد قضايا الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والأمن في التصميم والتصنيع والبناء والتشغيل.
- تطوير إجراءات خاصة بالمشروع وضمان امتثال التخصصات الهندسية للعقد ونطاق العمل.
- المسؤولية عن ضمان جودة المخرجات الهندسية قبل إصدارها للعميل، ورئاسة الاجتماعات الفنية مع الأطراف الثالثة.
- تخطيط أنشطة العمل الفردية وإدارة الوقت، والتنسيق مع التخصصات لضمان تلقي التعليقات في الوقت المناسب.
- الإسراع في تسليم المخرجات وفق الجدول الزمني، وفهم أسباب التأخير ووضع خطط التعافي، وحل معظم التأخيرات والتغييرات.
- تحديد التغييرات التي تؤثر على العمل وقياسها، والقدرة على تنفيذ التغييرات بعد الموافقة.
- الإشراف على عمل المهنيين الفنيين في تسليم المخرجات الهندسية، وتنسيق فرق متوسطة الحجم (10-50 شخصاً)، والتواصل لتحفيز الفريق وامتلاك موقف إيجابي واستباقي.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (تعدين، ميكانيك، ميتالورجيا، مدني أو مجال ذي صلة).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في هندسة المشاريع في قطاع التعدين أو معالجة المعادن.
- مهارات قوية في إدارة المشاريع والتواصل.

- Contributes to the Project Execution Plan, Discipline Design Instruction and Contract requisitions; prepares project plans and multi-discipline documents such as basis of design, subcontract scopes of work
- Able to manage and coordinate engineering multidiscipline inputs and deliverables across multiple execution centers including workshare / high value engineering centers
- Understands and works to quality system; monitors and acts on deficiencies
- Checks Health, Safety, Environment and Security (HSES) issues are identified and addressed in design, manufacture, construction, commissioning and operations
- Develops Project Specific Procedures
- Ensures that the Engineering disciplines comply strictly with the contract and scope of work in completing project activities
- Responsible for assuring quality of engineering deliverables before issue to customer
- Chairs technical meetings with Third Parties and manages particular technical issues through to completion
- Plans individual work activities and manages time; liaises with disciplines to ensure timely receipt of comments
- Inputs to work plan, sets targets and holds regular reviews
- Expedite Engineers to deliver to schedule, fully understand reasons for delay and drive development of recovery plans
- Resolves most delays or changes and escalates only most serious issues
- Highlights and quantifies changes that impacts work
- Able to effect change when approved
- People Management Supervises work of technical professionals in the delivery of engineering deliverables including checking work
- Coordinates medium sized interdisciplinary team (typically 10-50)
- Communicates to facilitate work effort; motivates team; strong, positive and active in solutions and proactive attitude

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mining/mechanical/metallurgical/civil or related field.
- 10 years’ project engineering experience in mining or mineral processing.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
