تعلن شركة Wood عن توفر وظيفة Mechanical Engineer (TPE III) في مشروع يبعد حوالي 150 كم عن الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إنشاء وتحديث المخرجات الهندسية الجديدة والحالية.
  • مراجعة المخرجات الهندسية والتحقق من مطابقتها لإجراءات الشركة ومعاييرها وقوائم التفتيش.
  • المساهمة في التخطيط وإنجاز العمل ضمن ساعات العمل المحددة بشكل فعال، وتجنب التأخير.
  • التنسيق والتواصل الفعال مع مدير المشروع وأعضاء الفريق الآخرين.
  • التنسيق مع جميع التخصصات (حسب الحاجة) لإعداد وتطوير المخرجات الهندسية وضمان تضمين مدخلات التخصصات الأخرى.
  • القيام بزيارات ميدانية للتحقق من ظروف الموقع وتحديث الرسومات / تنفيذ أنشطة "as-built".
  • إدارة تسليم المخرجات مع ضمان الجودة المناسبة وحفظ السجلات.
  • كتابة التقارير الفنية وإعداد العروض التقديمية.
  • الإلمام الكامل بمعايير أرامكو وسابك.
  • التقييم الفني للعطاءات، ومراجعة وثائق الموردين، وإدارة نطاق أعمال المقاولين من الباطن.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الهندسة الكيميائية.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة في صناعات النفط والغاز، الهيدروكربونات، التكرير، offshore، أو البنية التحتية.
  • خبرة مثبتة في أنشطة التفتيش الميكانيكي.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة عملية بمعايير ASME (الأقسام I, V, VIII, IX)، ANSI B31.3/4/8، NACE، API 620/650، وAWS D1.1.
  • خبرة في استخدام معدات التفتيش والاختبار، بما في ذلك أجهزة تحديد هوية المواد (PMI).
  • القدرة على فحص الأنابيب وشبكات الأنابيب والتجهيزات والصمامات والهياكل الفولاذية والمثبتات والمواد الميكانيكية الأخرى.
  • فهم قوي لمتطلبات ضمان الجودة/مراقبة الجودة (QA/QC) وإجراءات التفتيش وأفضل الممارسات الصناعية.

Job Description

Wood is currently seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support our Projects business. The project site is located approximately 150 km from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Originate new and revise existing engineering deliverables.
  • Revise and check engineering deliverables against company procedures, standards, and checklists.
  • Support in Planning and completion of work within allocated man-hours effectively and plan work to avoid slippage.
  • support in Interfaces, coordinates and communicate effectively with the Project Manager and other team members.
  • Coordinates with all disciplines (as necessary) in the preparation and development of the deliverables and ensure that other disciplines input are incorporated.
  • Go for site visits and verify site conditions and markup drawings/perform as-built activities.
  • Manage deliverables submission with required quality checks and proper management of record.
  • Technical report writing and preparation of presentations.
  • Full knowledge of Aramco, Sabic standards.
  • Technical bid evaluation, Vendor document review and subcontract scope management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in the oil & gas, hydrocarbon, refinery, offshore, or infrastructure industries.
  • Proven experience in mechanical inspection activities.
  • Working knowledge of ASME (Sections I, V, VIII, IX), ANSI B31.3/4/8, NACE, API 620/650, and AWS D1.1 standards.
  • Experience using inspection and testing equipment, including Positive Material Identification (PMI) equipment.
  • Ability to inspect pipes, piping systems, fittings, valves, structural steel, fasteners, and other mechanical materials.
  • Strong understanding of QA/QC requirements, inspection procedures, and industry best practices.
