شركة Wood تعلن عن وظيفة Quality Coordinator / Quality Engineer للمشاركة في برنامج الصيانة البحرية (OMPP) في الخبر.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم الدعم وفق توجيهات مختصي الجودة لتنفيذ استراتيجيات وخطط وأهداف ومخرجات الجودة بنجاح.
- دعم التواصل المستمر وتطوير وتحسين نظام إدارة الأعمال (BMS).
- دعم تطوير وتحسين الأنظمة المساعدة مثل أنظمة عدم المطابقة أو رضا العملاء، وإجراء تحليلات بيانات بسيطة تحت إشراف مختصي الجودة.
- دعم أنشطة التوكيد المخطط لها من خلال مراحل التخطيط والتنفيذ وإعداد التقارير، بما في ذلك التوكيد الخارجي (مثل الموردين والمقاولين من الباطن).
- مساعدة مختصي الجودة في إنتاج مخرجات الجودة لدعم تنفيذ المشروع أو البرنامج بشكل عام.
- إشراك وظائف التسليم والدعم لزيادة الوعي بالواجهات وممارسات العمل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة في الهندسة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات، منها سنة واحدة في دور مشابه في المجال الهندسي.
- عضوية في منظمات الجودة مثل CQI أو ASQ أو ما يعادلها.
- معرفة عملية بمبادئ وممارسات إدارة الجودة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- كفاءة في تحليل العمليات والبيانات.
- إتقان استخدام Microsoft Office.
- مستوى جيد من مهارات التواصل الكتابي والشفهي.

Responsibilities
- Provide support as directed by quality professionals in the successful implementation of quality strategies, plans, objectives, and deliverables
- Support the continued communication, development, and improvement of our Business Management System (BMS)
- Support in the communication, development, and improvement of other supporting system such as Non-Conformance or customer satisfaction systems undertaking simple data analysis, guided by quality professionals
- Support planned assurance activities through planning, execution, and reporting phases. This may include external assurance (e.g. suppliers and subcontractors)
- Support quality professionals in the production of quality deliverables in support of overall project or programme implementation
- Engage delivery and supporting functions to increase awareness of interfaces, working practices.

- Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years' experience, 1 year in similar role in Engineering field
- Membership of CQI/ASQ Quality organisations, or equivalent
- Working knowledge of quality management principles and practices
- Proficient in the analysis of processes and data
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good Level of communication skills in both written and spoked format
