تعلن شركة Wood، الرائدة عالمياً في الاستشارات والهندسة والعمليات لقطاعي الطاقة والمواد، عن توفر وظيفة PMC Safety Officer - HSE في مواقع نائية مختلفة في المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • المشاركة في أنشطة السلامة الإنشائية للمشاريع الكبيرة
  • إجراء تدقيق الامتثال للسلامة وفقاً لمتطلبات السلامة الإدارية للمقاولين لدى أرامكو السعودية ودليل السلامة الإنشائية، بما في ذلك إجراءات التصحيح
  • ضمان التنفيذ الفعال لبرامج السلامة المعتمدة
  • الإلمام التام بمعايير ولوائح وإجراءات السلامة الدولية
  • التحقيق في الحوادث باستخدام منهجيات مثل Helix/Taproot

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في المجال ذي الصلة
  • خبرة مثبتة في إدارة المشاريع (PMC)
  • خبرة مثبتة في صناعات النفط والغاز، الهيدروكربونات، التكرير، offshore، أو البنية التحتية
  • خبرة مثبتة في السلامة الإنشائية
  • القدرة على تدقيق الامتثال لمتطلبات السلامة في أرامكو السعودية لتقليل المخاطر والخسائر المحتملة
  • خبرة في تطوير وتنفيذ وصيانة برامج فعالة للوقاية من الخسائر والسلامة، بما في ذلك إجراءات التصحيح
  • شهادة سلامة مهنية معترف بها عالمياً مثل Certified Safety Professional (CSP) أو Chartered Member of IOSH (CMIOSH) (يفضل)
  • خبرة في العمل على مشاريع لأرامكو السعودية أو مؤسسات صناعية مماثلة (ميزة إضافية)

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة شاملة بمعايير ولوائح وأفضل الممارسات الدولية للسلامة
  • قدرة قوية على تحديد المخاطر وتقييمها وضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات السلامة في المشروع
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل وإعداد التقارير وإدارة السلامة
  • شهادة CSP أو CMIOSH أو ما يعادلها (يفضل)

Wood is currently hiring a PMC Safety Officer with experience in oil and gas, hydrocarbon refinery, Petrochemicals industries having engineering design project experience. Located in different areas across Saudi Arabia.

Location: Various remote site locations across Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Relevant work experience in the oil & gas, hydrocarbon, refinery, onshore, offshore, or infrastructure industries.
  • Demonstrated involvement in construction safety activities for large-scale projects.
  • Experience conducting safety compliance audits in alignment with the Saudi Aramco Contractor Safety Administrative Requirements and the Construction Safety Manual, including corrective action procedures.
  • Ability to ensure effective implementation of established Safety Programs.
  • Thorough knowledge of international safety standards, regulations, and procedures.
  • RCA - Accident/incident Investigator, e.g. Helix/Taproot

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Proven PMC experience
  • Proven experience in the oil & gas, hydrocarbon, refinery, offshore, or infrastructure industries.
  • Demonstrated construction safety experience
  • Ability to audit compliance with Saudi Aramco safety requirements to minimize risks and potential losses to Saudi Aramco, the public, and contractors.
  • Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining effective loss prevention and safety programs, including corrective action procedures.
  • Thorough knowledge of international safety standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong ability to identify hazards, assess risks, and ensure compliance with project safety requirements.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and safety management skills.
  • A globally recognized professional safety certification such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Chartered Member of IOSH (CMIOSH) is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CSP, CMIOSH, or equivalent internationally recognized safety certification.
  • Experience working on projects for Saudi Aramco or similar major industrial organizations is an advantage.
