المهام والمسؤوليات
- المساهمة في خطة تنفيذ المشروع، وتعليمات التصميم التخصصي، ومتطلبات العقد؛ وإعداد خطط المشاريع والوثائق متعددة التخصصات مثل أساسيات التصميم ونطاقات العمل للاستعانة بمقاولين من الباطن.
- القدرة على إدارة وتنسيق المدخلات والتسليمات الهندسية متعددة التخصصات عبر مراكز تنفيذ متعددة، بما في ذلك مراكز مشاركة العمل ومراكز الهندسة عالية القيمة.
- فهم نظام الجودة والعمل به؛ ومراقبة ومعالجة أوجه القصور.
- التأكد من تحديد ومعالجة قضايا الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والأمن (HSES) في التصميم والتصنيع والبناء والتشغيل.

- تخطيط أنشطة العمل الفردية وإدارة الوقت؛ والتنسيق مع التخصصات لضمان استلام التعليقات في الوقت المناسب.
- المساهمة في خطة العمل، وتحديد الأهداف، وعقد مراجعات منتظمة.
- دفع المهندسين للالتزام بالجدول الزمني، والفهم الكامل لأسباب التأخير، وقيادة تطوير خطط التعافي.
- حل معظم حالات التأخير أو التغييرات، ورفع القضايا الأكثر خطورة فقط.
- تحديد وقياس التغييرات التي تؤثر على العمل.

- إعداد SOW و TBE و TBC و MR و NMR ومراجعة وثائق المناقصات الأخرى المتعلقة بـ CP.
- حضور اجتماع بدء التصميم (KOM) مع العميل وعرض نهج تصميم CP للمشاريع الجديدة.
- إعداد جدول زيارات الموقع وقوائم التفتيش.
- مراجعة وفحص التسليمات الهندسية وفقًا لإجراءات الشركة ومعاييرها وقوائم التفتيش.
- الإشراف على العمل الهندسي الذي يقوم به الموظفون المبتدئون.
- إجراء وتقديم التدريبات المتعلقة بالوظيفة حسب الحاجة.
- التنسيق مع جميع التخصصات (حسب الضرورة) في إعداد وتطوير التسليمات وضمان دمج مدخلات التخصصات الأخرى.
- امتلاك خبرة في تصميم نظام CP البحري وتقييم ومراقبة CP الحالي.
- جمع البيانات الميدانية اللازمة لتصميم الحماية الكاثودية لأغلفة الآبار وتخفيف التيار المتردد وخطوط الأنابيب واستخدام جهاز EM34/31.
- إجراء جميع القياسات الميدانية المطلوبة لتصميم CP، مثل بيانات الجهد للهياكل الحالية ومعلمات نظام CP الحالي وقياس التيار مع اتجاه التدفق.
- اتباع جميع متطلبات السلامة وفقًا لسياسة الشركة.
- القدرة على أداء التركيب الميداني والإشراف، وبدء تشغيل نظام CP واختبار وتشغيل التشغيل.
- القدرة الذاتية على قيادة وإدارة المشاريع والاجتماع مع العميل وإعداد العروض التقديمية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10+ سنوات في العمل على مشاريع أرامكو السعودية البرية والبحرية بشكل أساسي في شركات الاستشارات الهندسية أو شركات GES+.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في إعداد تصميم CP لأغلفة الآبار والخزانات وخطوط الأنابيب والسفن، والإلمام الجيد بمعايير أرامكو السعودية وسابك ومعادن لـ CP.
- امتلاك معرفة عميقة بمعيار AMPP.
- خبرة عملية في استخدام جميع أنواع معدات مسح CP الميدانية مثل أجهزة قياس مقاومة التربة وقياس التيار وجمع بيانات الجهد AC & DC وجمع معلمات تشغيل نظام CP.
- معرفة أساسية بالتعامل مع MicroStation.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابة وتحدثًا.
- امتلاك معرفة أساسية بإعداد تصميم CP.
- امتلاك رخصة قيادة سعودية وخبرة في القيادة.

- Coordinates medium sized interdisciplinary team (typically 10-50)

- Responsible for Cathodic Protection (CP) system design of Oil & Gas, hydrocarbon refinery, offshore, mining and Petrochemical Projects for FEED and detail design phases.
- CP design drawings and documents preparation as per Saudi Aramco, SABIC and Maaden standards for Pipelines, Tanks, Well casings, In plant underground metallic equipment’s, etc.
- To preparing SOW, TBE, TBC, MR, NMR review and other CP bidding related documentation.
- To attend pre-design KOM with client and present CP design approach for new projects.
- Prepare site visit agenda and check lists.
- Revise and check engineering deliverables against company procedures, standards, and checklists.
- Supervise engineering work being produced by juniors.
- Conduct and provide trainings related to job as required.
- Coordinates with all disciplines (as necessary) in the preparation and development of the deliverables and ensure that other disciplines input are incorporated.
- Having experience of offshore CP system design, existing CP assessment and monitoring.
- Collect site data required for cathodic protection design of well casing, AC mitigation and pipelines and EM34/31 usage.
- To perform all site measurement as required for CP design i.e. Potential data of existing structure, existing CP system parameters, current measurement with flow direction.
- Follow all safety requirements as per company policy.
- Capable to perform site installation and supervision, CP system start-up and testing commissioning.
- Self-capable of leading & handling projects, meeting with client, prepare presentation
- Having minimum 10+ Yrs. of experience of working in Saudi Aramco projects both onshore & offshore mainly in design consultancies or GES+ companies.
- Minimum 10 Yrs. Experience in CP Design preparation for Well casing, Tanks, Pipeline and vessels and well familiar with Saudi Aramco, SABIC and Maaden CP standards.
- Having in-depth knowledge of AMPP standard
- Having hands on experience of using al kind of CP survey equipment's on filed i.e. Soil resistivity meters, Current measurement, AC& DC potential data collection, CP system operating parameter collection.
- Basic knowledge of MicroStation operations
- Must be proficient in English; oral and written communication
- Should have basic knowledge on CP design preparation
- Should have Saudi driving license & driving experience
