شركة Wood، إحدى الشركات الرائدة عالمياً في الاستشارات والهندسة، توظف حالياً مهندساً إنشائياً أول (TPE IV) للعمل في الخبر، السعودية. المرشح المثالي لديه خبرة في مجالات النفط والغاز، مصافي التكرير، التعدين أو البنية التحتية مع خبرة في تصميم المشاريع الهندسية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المسؤولية عن الأعمال الإنشائية والبنية التحتية بما في ذلك أنواع المباني المختلفة، تصميم المباني، تصميم أساسات المعدات، تصميم دعامات الأنابيب وكابلات التوصيل.
- إعداد مخرجات هندسية جديدة ومراجعة المخرجات الحالية وتعديلها.
- مراجعة المخرجات الهندسية والتحقق من مطابقتها لإجراءات الشركة ومعاييرها وقوائم التدقيق.
- الإشراف على العمل الهندسي الذي ينتجه المهندسون المبتدئون.
- إجراء وتلقي التدريبات المتعلقة بالوظيفة عند الحاجة.
- تخطيط وإنجاز العمل ضمن الساعات المخصصة بكفاءة، وتخطيط العمل لتجنب التأخير.
- التنسيق والتواصل الفعال مع مدير المشروع وأعضاء الفريق الآخرين.
- تفويض وتوزيع العمل وإدارة قابلية إصدار الفواتير للفريق.
- التنسيق مع جميع التخصصات (عند الضرورة) في إعداد وتطوير المخرجات وضمان دمج مدخلات التخصصات الأخرى.
- القيام بزيارات ميدانية للتحقق من ظروف الموقع، وتعديل الرسومات والقيام بأنشطة «كما تم البناء».
- إدارة تسليم المخرجات مع فحوصات الجودة المطلوبة وحفظ السجلات المناسب.
- كتابة التقارير الفنية وإعداد العروض التقديمية.
- المعرفة الكاملة بمعايير أرامكو، سابك، الهيئة الملكية، SBC وHCIS.
- التقييم الفني للعروض، مراجعة مستندات البائعين وإدارة نطاق العقود الفرعية.
المؤهلات والمتطلبات
- درجة في الهندسة المدنية أو الهندسة الإنشائية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في صناعة النفط والغاز لدى مقاول أو مشغل أو استشاري.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في التصميم الإنشائي البري والهندسة الإنشائية.
- خبرة سابقة في استخدام SACS والتطبيقات الهندسية البرية الأخرى.
- خبرة سابقة في تنفيذ مشاريع FEED وEPC.
- إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)، MATHCAD، Foundation 3D، STAAD وSTADDpro.
- الإلمام بتحرير وفتح وقراءة الرسومات في AutoCAD/Microstation.
- مستوى مهني في تطبيق المعايير والإجراءات وكيفية استخدامها في تنفيذ العمل.
- مستوى مهني من المعرفة بالكودات والمعايير المعمول بها.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for structural/infrastructure works including different building construction types, building design, equipment foundation design, pipe and cable tray support design.
- Originate new and revise existing engineering deliverables.
- Revise and check engineering deliverables against company procedures, standards, and checklists.
- Supervise engineering work being produced by juniors.
- Conduct and receive trainings related to job as required.
- Planning and completion of work within allocated man-hours effectively and plan work to avoid slippage.
- Interfaces, coordinates and communicate effectively with the Project Manager and other team members.
- Delegation and distribution work as well as manage billability of team.
- Coordinates with all disciplines (as necessary) in the preparation and development of the deliverables and ensure that other disciplines input are incorporated.
- Go for site visits and verify site conditions and markup drawings/perform as-built activities.
- Manage deliverables submission with required quality checks and proper management of record.
- Technical report writing and preparation of presentations.
- Full knowledge of Aramco, Sabic, Royal commission, SBC and HCIS standards.
- Technical bid evaluation, Vendor document review and subcontract scope management.

- Degree in Civil, Structural Engineering
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry working for an established contractor, operator, or consultancy.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in onshore structural engineering and design
- Previous experience in SACS and other onshore engineering applications
- Previous experience in the execution of FEED and EPC Projects
- Should be proficient in Microsoft office software (Word, Excel, MATHCAD, Foundation 3D, STAAD and STADDpro)
- Should also be familiar with editing, opening, and reading drawings in AutoCAD / Microstation
- Professional level of ability in the application of standards, processes, and procedures and how they are used in work execution.
- Professional level of knowledge of applicable codes and standard
