المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراجعة وفهم جميع الوثائق ذات الصلة بنطاق خدمات التحكم في المشاريع.
- خبرة محددة ومهارة مثبتة في توجيه وظائف هندسة التكاليف، بما في ذلك تقدير التكاليف والتحكم في التكاليف وإدارة التغيير وتحليل التكاليف.
- خبرة في توجيه وظائف التخطيط والجدولة، بما في ذلك تطوير الجدول الزمني والتحكم والتحليل.
- مهارات قيادية قوية مع القدرة على توجيه وتحفيز الفريق بنجاح، بما في ذلك التفاعل مع موظفي العميل.
- معرفة متقدمة بمشاريع الهندسة والمشتريات والعقود والبناء في صناعة النفط والغاز.
- خبرة كبيرة في التحكم في المشاريع والعمليات التجارية و/أو خبرة في العقود الرئيسية مع التركيز على التحكم في المشاريع والقضايا المالية.
- الالتزام بإجراءات هندسة التكاليف المؤسسية.
- إعداد تقارير التكاليف الداخلية والخارجية وفقًا للإجراءات المذكورة ونطاق الخدمات.
- التواصل مع موظفي العميل حسب الحاجة.
- تحليل وإعداد توقعات ساعات العمل والتكاليف للمشاريع.
- حضور وتمثيل الشركة في الاجتماعات المتعلقة بمسائل التكاليف.
- تحديد وتحليل الانحرافات والاتجاهات مقابل الميزانيات، والتحقيق في هذه الانحرافات مع المجموعة المعنية وإبلاغ مدير المشروع أو مدير التحكم في المشاريع بالقضايا التي تتطلب إجراءات تصحيحية.
- مراجعة الحالة العامة للمشروع والتوقعات مع مدير المشروع أو مدير التحكم في المشاريع حسب الحاجة.
- ضمان التسوية أسبوعيًا وشهريًا بين تقارير تكاليف المشروع ومعلومات التكاليف والفواتير الخاصة بقسم المحاسبة.
- الحفاظ على الوعي والفهم للنظام ذي الصلة الذي تديره الأقسام الأخرى.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة بكالوريوس في الهندسة أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في هندسة التكاليف في مجال مماثل.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان جميع تطبيقات Microsoft Office.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية (كتابةً وتحدثًا).
- مهارات عددية تقنية ممتازة.
- مهارات ممتازة في إدارة الوقت والتخطيط.

- Review and understand all relevant documentation pertaining to the project controls scope of services
- Specific experience and demonstrated skill in directing cost engineering functions, including cost estimating, cost control, change management and cost analysis required
- Experience with directing, planning, and scheduling functions, including schedule development, control, and analysis required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to successfully direct and motivate a team inclusive of interacting with client personnel require
- Advanced knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, and construction projects in the Oil & Gas industry required
- Significant experience in project controls, commercial operations, and/or prime contract experience with emphasis on project controls and financial issues required
- Adhere to our corporate cost engineering procedures
- Prepare internal and external cost reports as per the above - mentioned procedures and scope of services
- Liaise with Client personnel as necessary
- Analyze and prepare work - hour and cost forecasts for the projects
- Attend and represent in meetings concerning cost matters
- Identify and analyzing deviations and trends against the budgets. Investigating such deviations with the relevant group and advising Project Manager / Project Controls Manager of issues requiring corrective action
- Review overall project status and forecast with Project Manager / Project Control Manager as required
- Ensure reconciliation on a weekly and monthly basis between project cost reports and Accounting Department cost and billing information
- Maintain awareness and understanding of relevant system operated by other departments

Expected
- BSc Degree in Engineering subject or equivalent
- Minimum of 15 years cost engineering experience in similar field
- Competent in all MS Office applications
- Good communication skills in English language - written and verbal
- Excellent technical numeracy
- Excellent time management and planning skills
