نبذة عن الوظيفة
تقوم شركة Wood حالياً بتعيين مشرف سلامة (PMC Safety Supervisor) يتمتع بخبرة في صناعات النفط والغاز ومصافي الهيدروكربون والبتروكيماويات، مع خبرة في مشاريع التصميم الهندسي. موقع العمل: مواقع نائية مختلفة في جميع أنحاء المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- خبرة عمل ذات صلة في صناعات النفط والغاز، الهيدروكربون، التكرير، البرية، البحرية، أو البنية التحتية.
- مشاركة مثبتة في أنشطة السلامة الإنشائية لمشاريع واسعة النطاق.
- خبرة في إجراء عمليات تدقيق الامتثال للسلامة وفقاً لمتطلبات السلامة الإدارية للمقاولين في أرامكو السعودية ودليل السلامة الإنشائية، بما في ذلك إجراءات التصحيح.
- القدرة على ضمان التنفيذ الفعال لبرامج السلامة المقررة.
- معرفة شاملة بمعايير ولوائح وإجراءات السلامة الدولية.
- مدقق داخلي مدرب ومؤهل.
- محقق في الحوادث/الحوادث باستخدام منهجيات مثل Helix/Taproot.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الحد الأدنى 10 سنوات من الخبرة الصناعية ذات الصلة.
- حيازة شهادة سلامة مهنية معترف بها دولياً (مثل CSP، CMIOSH).
- درجة البكالوريوس في تخصص تقني أو صناعي أو HSEQ.
- خبرة ذات صلة في صناعات النفط والغاز، الهيدروكربون، التكرير، البرية، البحرية، أو البنية التحتية.
- خبرة مثبتة في أنشطة السلامة الإنشائية في مشاريع واسعة النطاق.
- خبرة في إجراء عمليات تدقيق الامتثال للسلامة وضمان الالتزام بمتطلبات برنامج السلامة وفقاً لمتطلبات السلامة الإدارية للمقاولين في أرامكو السعودية ودليل السلامة الإنشائية.
- القدرة على تطوير وتنفيذ ومراقبة ومتابعة إجراءات التصحيح لمعالجة أوجه القصور في السلامة وتحسين الامتثال.
- المسؤولية عن ضمان التنفيذ الفعال والتحسين المستمر لبرامج السلامة المقررة.
- معرفة شاملة بمعايير ولوائح وممارسات السلامة الدولية وأفضل الممارسات.
- فهم قوي لتحديد المخاطر، وتقييم المخاطر، والوقاية من الحوادث، وأنظمة إدارة السلامة.

- Thorough knowledge of international safety standards, regulations, and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience.
- Possession of an internationally recognized professional safety certification (e.g., CSP, CMIOSH).
- Bachelor's degree in relevant technical, industry or HSEQ specific discipline
- Relevant experience in the oil & gas, hydrocarbon, refinery, onshore, offshore, or infrastructure industries.
- Proven experience in construction safety activities on large-scale projects.
- Experience conducting safety compliance audits and ensuring adherence to safety program requirements in accordance with the Saudi Aramco Contractor Safety Administrative Requirements and Construction Safety Manual.
- Ability to develop, implement, monitor, and follow up on corrective action procedures to address safety deficiencies and improve compliance.
- Responsible for ensuring the effective implementation and continuous improvement of established safety programs.
- Thorough knowledge of international safety standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Strong understanding of hazard identification, risk assessment, incident prevention, and safety management systems.
