تعلن شركة Wood، الرائدة عالمياً في الاستشارات والهندسة والعمليات لقطاعي الطاقة والمواد، عن توفر فرص عمل متعددة في إدارة المشاريع الاستشارية (PMC) في السعودية. تهدف هذه الفرص إلى دعم تسليم مشاريع كبيرة في النفط والغاز والطاقة والبنية التحتية والمشاريع الرأسمالية، وذلك ضمن مهام موقعية عن بُعد.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة المشاريع والهندسة: مدير الإنشاءات، مدير قابلية الإنشاء، كبير مهندسي المشاريع، مهندس مشاريع، مهندس إنشاءات، مهندس تخصص رئيسي.
- مراقبة المشاريع: كبير مهندسي التكاليف، مهندس تكاليف، مهندس مراقبة مشاريع، كبير مخططي / جدولة المشاريع، مخطط / جدولة مشاريع.
- العقود والمشتريات: مهندس مشتريات / مواد، مهندس عقود، مراقب مواد.
- الصحة والسلامة والجودة (HSE & Quality): أخصائي HSE، كبير مهندسي البيئة، مشرف سلامة، مسؤول سلامة، مهندس ضمان الجودة.
- دعم المشاريع: مراقب مستندات، مساعد إداري.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة، إدارة الإنشاءات، العلوم البيئية، السلامة، أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في دور مماثل لمعظم المناصب.
- المناصب العليا والإدارية تتطلب خبرة من 15 إلى 25+ سنة.
- خبرة مثبتة في العمل ضمن بيئة إدارة المشاريع الاستشارية (PMC) إلزامية.
- خبرة سابقة في مشاريع كبرى في النفط والغاز، الطاقة، خطوط الأنابيب، البنية التحتية، الصناعة، التعدين، أو مصانع المعالجة.
- قدرات قوية في تنفيذ المشاريع وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل وإعداد التقارير.
- يفضل خبرة في مشاريع أرامكو السعودية، وخبرة في مشاريع دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي والشرق الأوسط، والإلمام باللوائح السعودية وأدوات مراقبة المشاريع وإدارة الإنشاءات ومتطلبات HSE.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Sciences, Safety, or equivalent relevant discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in similar role for most positions.
- Senior and managerial positions require 15-25+ years of experience.
- Proven experience working within a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) environment is mandatory.
- Previous experience on major Oil & Gas, Energy, Pipeline, Infrastructure, Industrial, Mining, or Process Plant projects.
- Strong project execution and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Saudi Aramco project experience highly preferred.
- Experience on GCC and Middle East projects.
- Familiarity with Saudi regulations, project controls, construction management, and HSE requirements.
