شركة أمازون (فرع Afaq - Warehouse) تبحث عن مهندس شبكات وأنظمة أول وقائد (Senior Network & Systems Engineer - Lead) للعمل في الرياض، السعودية، ضمن فريق OpsTechIT المتخصص في دعم وتطوير البنية التحتية التقنية لمراكز التنفيذ والخدمات اللوجستية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
بصفة مهندس شبكات وأنظمة أول وقائد، ستستخدم خبراتك التقنية ومهاراتك المتخصصة لدعم وبناء وتنفيذ وتحسين الحلول التقنية عبر عدة مواقع في نطاق جغرافي محدد. ستدير مشاريع كبيرة بأقل قدر من التوجيه، وتتولى حل مشكلات العملاء في حالات الأزمات، مع توسيع نطاق معرفتك في أنماط تصميم البرمجيات وهياكل البيانات وتقنيات AWS والأنظمة الموزعة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- العمليات التقنية والبنية التحتية: قيادة التميز في الشبكات من خلال الهندسة المتقدمة واستكشاف الأخطاء وإدارة الأنظمة عبر عدة مرافق.
- الحفاظ على وقت تشغيل الأنظمة الحيوية؛ كنقطة تصعيد أولى للمشكلات المعقدة.
- استكشاف مشكلات تقنية صعبة دون إجراءات تشغيلية موحدة (SOPs) وحل الحوادث تحت ضغط الوقت.
- إظهار خبرة كاملة في الشبكات: أجهزة التوجيه، المحولات، جدران الحماية، نقاط الوصول اللاسلكية، الكابلات المهيكلة (DNS، DHCP، VLANs، TCP/IP، تقسيم الشبكات، بروتوكولات أمان الشبكات).
- تخطيط وتنسيق إدارة التغيير (CMs) وقوالبها عبر المنطقة.
- تنفيذ المشاريع والأتمتة: قيادة وتنفيذ مشاريع تقنية إقليمية من الفكرة إلى الإكمال بأقل توجيه.
- التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية والموردين الخارجيين لتنفيذ تحسينات البنية التحتية وإطلاق التقنيات.
- أتمتة المهام اليدوية؛ إنشاء وتحسين أدوات تزيد كفاءة الفريق.
- إدارة المبادرات واسعة النطاق التي تؤثر على عدة مواقع في المنطقة.
- حل المشكلات والتحسين المستمر: إجراء تحليل السبب الجذري لحل التحديات المتكررة ومنع الحوادث المستقبلية.
- قيادة جهود التحسين المستمر في العمليات والتوثيق والأدوات.
- تصميم وتنفيذ حلول تقنية فعالة؛ تطوير وصيانة التوثيق التقني وإجراءات التشغيل الموحدة (SOPs).
- توسيع المعرفة في أنماط تصميم البرمجيات وهياكل البيانات وتقنيات AWS والأنظمة الموزعة.
- تطوير الأفراد وضمان الجودة: المشاركة في التوظيف والتدريب والتطوير المهني لأعضاء الفريق.
- تدقيق جودة العمل وتقديم ملاحظات بناءة؛ إرشاد المهندسين المبتدئين.
- تقديم تدريب والتعاون مع فرق التطوير في المشكلات المعقدة.
- دعم العملاء والتعاون: تقديم دعم تقني خبير عبر عدة مبانٍ ومواقع نائية.
- تقديم دعم استدعاء على مدار الساعة أثناء الحوادث الحرجة؛ ضمان تقليل وقت التوقف.
- التواصل بفعالية كتابةً وشفهياً مع مجموعة واسعة من أصحاب المصلحة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة 3+ سنوات في تقديم خدمات تكنولوجيا المعلومات للعملاء والخوادم والشبكات.
- خبرة 4+ سنوات في أنظمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو بيئة إنتاج تجارية ذات صلة.
- خبرة 4+ سنوات في الشبكات: DNS، DHCP، SSL/TLS، نموذج OSI، TCP/IP، VLANs، تقسيم الشبكات، بروتوكولات التوجيه.
- خبرة 4+ سنوات في إدارة Windows/Server أو Linux أو Cisco IOS (CLI).
- خبرة 4+ سنوات في استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها في بيئة متعددة المستخدمين وعالية التوفر.

Technical Operations & Infrastructure
- Drive network excellence through advanced engineering, troubleshooting, and systems administration across multiple facilities
- Maintain critical systems uptime; serve as first escalation point for complex issues
- Troubleshoot difficult IT problems without established SOPs; resolve incidents under time pressure
- Demonstrate complete networking expertise: routers, switches, firewalls, wireless APs, structured cabling (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, TCP/IP, subnetting, network security protocols)
- Plan and coordinate Change Management (CMs) and CM templates across the region
- Lead and execute regional technical projects from conception to completion with minimal guidance
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver infrastructure improvements and technology rollouts
- Automate manual tasks; create and improve tools that increase team efficiency
- Manage large-scale initiatives impacting multiple sites within the region
- Conduct root cause analysis to resolve recurring challenges and prevent future incidents
- Lead continuous improvement efforts across processes, documentation, and tooling
- Design and implement efficient IT solutions; develop and maintain technical documentation and SOPs
- Actively expand knowledge in software design patterns, data structures, AWS technologies, and distributed systems
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and professional development of team members
- Audit work quality and provide constructive feedback; mentor junior engineers
- Present training and partner with development teams on complex issues
- Provide expert technical support across multiple buildings and remote sites

- 3+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery
- 4+ years of IT systems or relevant commercial production environment experience
- 4+ years of networking (DNS, DHCP, SSL/TLS, OSI Model, TCP/IP, VLANs, subnetting, routing protocols)
- 4+ years of Windows/Server administration, Linux administration, or Cisco IOS (CLI)
- 4+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user, high-availability environment
- Experience with new site launches including end-to-end IT infrastructure buildout and go-live support
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across operations, engineering, vendors, and leadership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science or equivalent
- Experience with networking technology (TCP/IP, subnetting, DNS and DHCP)
- Experience working with Windows server technologies: AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM
- Experience in technical support
- Experience supporting Windows, Mac and/or Linux operating systems in a corporate setting
- Experience supporting a windows server environment
- Experience supporting video conference and teleconference equipment
