المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم إعداد وتحسين نموذج تكاليف الأراضي على مستوى المدينة والمناطق
- المساعدة في جمع ومراجعة والتحقق من صحة المدخلات من وحدات الأعمال المتعددة وأصحاب المصلحة الفنيين
- دعم توزيع تكاليف الأراضي عبر المناطق والقطع ومراحل التطوير باستخدام منهجيات محددة
- إعداد مخرجات تحليلية لدعم قرارات تطوير الأراضي والتمويل
- تتبع الافتراضات والتبعيات والفجوات في البيانات عبر مسارات العمل
- دعم فريق تكاليف الأراضي والتقييم في المتطلبات اليومية، بما في ذلك إعداد العروض التقديمية وملفات التحليل ومواد التقارير
- دعم تحليل سيناريوهات الاختبار لقرارات تطوير الأراضي والتمويل
- تحديد المشكلات والتناقضات وفرص التحسين في مجموعات البيانات أو العمليات بشكل استباقي
- بناء علاقات عمل قوية مع أصحاب المصلحة عبر المؤسسة
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو الاقتصاد أو المحاسبة أو إدارة الأعمال أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة من 2 إلى 3 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة
- يفضل خبرة في المالية أو تطوير العقارات أو البنية التحتية
- يشترط أن يكون المتقدم سعودي الجنسية

Qiddiya Investment Company is transforming the entertainment landscape in Saudi Arabia, and we are in search of a high-potential, early-career professional to fill the role of Specialist - Land Cost & Valuation within our Master Development Unit Financing team. This role supports the development of land cost model for Qiddiya city, ideal for someone with strong analytical capability, great attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
As Specialist, you will contribute to detailed land cost allocation work and gain a strong understanding of the masterplanning process, subdivision, land servicing, and financial outcomes. You will gain exposure to internal functions and stakeholders - including master development district teams, cost planning, implementation, and the wider MDU Financing team - contributing to land commercial analysis and the masterplanning process. While technical skills are important, attitude, curiosity, ownership, and communication skills are the most critical success factors for this role: we're looking for someone who takes initiative, is dependable and responsive, and brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and ongoing enhancement of the land cost model for citywide and district-level analysis
- Assist in collecting, reviewing, and validating input from multiple business units and technical stakeholders
- Support land cost allocation across districts, plots and development phases using defined methodologies
- Prepare analytical outputs to support land development and financing decisions
- Track assumptions, dependencies and data gaps across workstreams
- Support the Land Cost & Valuation team with day-to-day requirements, including preparing presentations, analysis packs and reporting materials
- Support scenario testing analysis for land development and financing decisions
- Proactively identify issues, inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement in datasets or processes
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or related discipline
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in finance, real estate development or infrastructure is preferred
- Only Saudi nationals will be considered for this position
