تسعى شركة القدية للاستثمار إلى توظيف مدير مالي ذي خبرة عالية للانضمام إلى فريقها والإشراف على الإدارة المالية لمنشأة الجولف الرئيسية. في هذا المنصب، ستكون مسؤولاً عن العمليات المالية المتعلقة بمجال الجولف، وضمان النزاهة المالية، ودعم المبادرات الاستراتيجية التي تعزز النمو وتحسّن تجارب الأعضاء. سيكون لخبرتك دور محوري في تطوير الاستراتيجيات المالية وإدارة الميزانيات وتقديم تحليلات مالية دقيقة تنسجم مع أهداف عمليات الجولف، وذلك بالتعاون مع مختلف الإدارات لضمان دعم جميع الأنشطة المالية لرسالة القدية كوجهة ترفيهية رائدة. المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة عمليات التخطيط المالي وإعداد الميزانيات والتنبؤات المالية الخاصة بعمليات الجولف
- إجراء تحليلات مالية لمراقبة مؤشرات الأداء وتحديد فرص خفض التكاليف وزيادة الإيرادات
- إعداد تقارير مالية دقيقة تشمل قوائم الدخل والميزانية العمومية وقوائم التدفق النقدي
- العمل عن كثب مع الفرق التشغيلية لتطوير نماذج مالية تدعم القرارات التجارية المتعلقة ببرامج ومرافق الجولف
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح المالية وسياسات الشركة، وتطبيق أفضل الممارسات في الإدارة المالية
- المساعدة في إعداد دراسات الجدوى والمقترحات المالية للمبادرات الجديدة في قطاع الجولف
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة؛ يُفضل درجة الماجستير
- خبرة من 5 إلى 8 سنوات في الإدارة المالية، ويفضل أن تكون في مجال الرياضة أو الضيافة
- مهارات تحليلية قوية مع خبرة في النمذجة المالية وتحليل البيانات
- مهارات ممتازة في التعامل مع الآخرين والتواصل، مع القدرة على إشراك أصحاب المصلحة على جميع المستويات
- إتقان استخدام البرامج المالية وبرنامج Microsoft Excel بمستوى متقدم
- دقة عالية في العمل ودافع ذاتي مع مهارات تنظيمية قوية وإدارة الوقت

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the golf operations
- Conduct financial analysis to monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement
- Prepare accurate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Work closely with operational teams to develop financial models that support business decisions related to golf programs and facilities
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies, implementing best practices in financial management
- Assist in the preparation of business cases and financial proposals for new initiatives in the golf sector
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; a Master's degree is a plus
- 5-8 years of relevant financial management experience, preferably within the sports or hospitality industry
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and data analysis
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced use of Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of golf operations and the sports industry is an advantage
