القدية تعلن عن توفر وظيفة مدير الأمن والتهديدات (المستوى 3) في الرياض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى مدير الأمن والتهديدات قيادة حوكمة عمليات الأمن وإدارة التهديدات عبر قرى العمال في القدية. الهدف الرئيسي هو منع التهديدات الأمنية واكتشافها والاستجابة لها من خلال حوكمة أمنية منضبطة وجاهزية للطوارئ.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ أطر إدارة الأمن والتهديدات
- الإشراف على التحكم في الوصول والدوريات وعمليات كاميرات المراقبة
- قيادة تقييمات التهديدات وتحليلات الثغرات
- التنسيق مع الجهات المعنية بشأن الاستخبارات والتنبيهات الأمنية
- التحقيق في الحوادث الأمنية وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح الأمنية السعودية
- الحفاظ على الامتثال للتدريب والتراخيص
- إعداد أطر الأمن والتهديدات المعتمدة
- إعداد سجلات وتقييمات مخاطر التهديدات
- إعداد تقارير التحقيق في الحوادث
- إعداد خطط الاستجابة للطوارئ والأزمات
- إعداد لوحات مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية الأمنية والتقارير
- إيقاف الممارسات الأمنية غير الآمنة أو غير الممتثلة
- رفع التهديدات الموثوقة إلى القيادة والجهات المعنية
- الموافقة على خطط العمل التصحيحية الأمنية
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في مجال إدارة الأمن والتهديدات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في منصب إداري
