Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Nursing Manager role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Nursing Manager oversees daily nursing operations, including staffing, scheduling, and supervision of nursing and support teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include coordinating with medical consultants and specialists, implementing clinical protocols, and monitoring compliance with regulatory and infection control standards. The role involves mentoring and developing nursing staff through coaching, training, and performance feedback. The Nursing Manager will also participate in care planning, respond to escalated clinical issues, support critical care situations, and contribute to quality improvement and patient experience initiatives across medical and beauty services.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills in Nursing Management, including team supervision, staffing coordination, and operational oversight.
• Clinical expertise in Nursing and Patient Care, with a focus on safety, comfort, and evidence-based practice.
• Foundational knowledge of Medicine and Critical Care Medicine to collaborate effectively with consultants and support complex cases.
• Current nursing license/registration in good standing; eligibility to practice in Saudi Arabia.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent; advanced degree or management training is an advantage.
• Proven experience in a nursing leadership or charge nurse role, preferably in a wellness, outpatient, or aesthetic/medical clinic setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and monitor clinical policies, quality standards, and infection control procedures.
• Proficiency in basic healthcare IT systems and electronic medical records; familiarity with clinic workflow optimization is a plus.
• Fluency in English required.
