Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, supporting a home health care organization. The role involves managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding of clinical and non-clinical staff. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining HR records, preparing employment contracts, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations, and supporting payroll and benefits administration. The HR professional will coordinate training and development programs, assist with performance management processes, and help foster an inclusive and supportive workplace culture. Additional tasks include handling employee relations issues, responding to HR inquiries, and collaborating with management to address staffing needs and organizational initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and performance support.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance in Saudi Arabia, especially within healthcare or related sectors.
- Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills to handle multiple HR processes accurately.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and support employee relations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate sound judgment, and handle sensitive issues professionally.
- Experience in healthcare or home health care HR operations is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Comfort with HR software and Microsoft Office tools for reporting, data management, and process tracking.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial.
