تعلن شركة صافولا عن وظيفة مراقب أسعار (Price Controller) في منطقتي مكة المكرمة وجدة بالمملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- نقطة الاتصال الرئيسية لجميع تغييرات الأسعار والتكاليف في النظام قبل تطبيقها على المتجر.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحديث إدخالات الأسعار والتكاليف في النظام لضمان دقة الأسعار على مستوى المتجر.
- مراجعة طلبات تغيير الأسعار للتأكد من اكتمالها قبل رفعها للموافقة.
- التنسيق مع المتاجر للتأكد من التطبيق الصحيح للأسعار الجديدة.
- تتبع التحديثات اليومية للأسعار لتحديد أي تباينات والإبلاغ عنها.
- المساعدة في إعداد تقارير الأسعار لدعم قرارات الإدارة.
- تطبيق الأسعار الترويجية وفقًا للحملات التسويقية المعتمدة.
- الرد على استفسارات المتاجر المتعلقة بالأسعار لحل المشكلات فورًا.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للأسعار في النظام لدعم التدقيق وإعداد التقارير.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 2-3 سنوات في قطاع التجزئة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في إدارة الوقت.
- مهارات تحليلية قوية.
- الالتزام بالتعلم المستمر.
- إتقان استخدام حزمة Microsoft Office.
- المعرفة الجيدة بالنظم المستخدمة (System Knowhow).
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (يفضل إجادة اللغة العربية).

Point of contact for all Price and Cost Changes in the system prior to Store application
Key Accountabilitie
- Update price and cost entries in the system to ensure accurate store-level pricing.
- Check price change requests for completeness before submitting for approval.
- Coordinate with stores to confirm correct application of new prices.
- Track daily pricing updates to identify and report any discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing pricing reports to support management decisions.
- Apply promotional prices according to approved marketing campaigns.
- Respond to store pricing queries to resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate pricing records in the system to support audits and reporting
Skills Description
