شركة Bouygues Travaux Publics، الرائدة عالمياً في مجال الهندسة المدنية والمنشآت الفنية والبنية التحتية المستدامة، تبحث عن مدير BIM (BIM Manager) للعمل في مشروع شعاران ريزورت رقم 1 (Sharaan Resort #1) في تبوك العلا، السعودية. سيكون المسؤول عن قيادة وتنفيذ وإدارة عمليات نمذجة معلومات المباني (BIM) وضمان توافق سير العمل مع أهداف المشروع والمتطلبات التعاقدية، بالإضافة إلى الإشراف على تنسيق وتكامل جميع التخصصات ضمن بيئة التصميم والبناء الرقمية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تطوير وتنفيذ وصيانة خطة تنفيذ BIM الخاصة بالمشروع بما يتوافق مع متطلبات العميل والمعايير الصناعية واللوائح المحلية.
  • قيادة اجتماعات تنسيق BIM وتسهيل التعاون بين فرق الهندسة المعمارية والهندسة والبناء، وحل أي مشكلات متعلقة بالنماذج.
  • إدارة ومراقبة جودة ودقة واكتمال نماذج BIM المقدمة من الاستشاريين والمقاولين والمقاولين من الباطن.
  • الإشراف على دمج النماذج (federations) واكتشاف التصادمات (clash detection) وإعداد التقارير لدعم مراجعات قابلية البناء والجدولة وتقدير التكاليف.
  • التواصل مع فريق المشروع وأصحاب المصلحة لضمان تبادل سلس للبيانات وتكاملها عبر جميع مراحل المشروع.
  • وضع بروتوكولات BIM وسير العمل والمعايير المخصصة لمشروع شعاران ريزورت رقم 1، مع ضمان الاتساق والامتثال.
  • تقديم التدريب والتوجيه والدعم الفني لأعضاء الفريق الداخليين والخارجيين بشأن عمليات وأدوات BIM.
  • توثيق مخرجات BIM والتعديلات والموافقات خلال مرحلتي التصميم والبناء.
  • إعداد وتقديم تقارير دورية عن تقدم BIM إلى إدارة المشروع وممثلي العميل.
  • المساعدة في شراء واعتماد تقنيات BIM والبرمجيات والأجهزة حسب الحاجة للمشروع.
  • التعاون مع مسؤولي تقنية المعلومات وقادة المشروع الرقمي لضمان أمن البيانات وسلامة النماذج.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية أو الهندسة أو إدارة البناء أو تخصص ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في إدارة BIM، ويفضل أن تكون في مشاريع الأنفاق تحت الأرض/المباني.
  • مهارات تواصل وقيادة ممتازة.
  • خبرة مثبتة في قيادة فرق BIM وتنسيق نماذج متعددة التخصصات.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (ويفضل معرفة اللغة العربية).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إتقان منصات برامج BIM بما في ذلك Autodesk Revit و Navisworks و BIM 360 والأدوات ذات الصلة.
  • فهم قوي للمعايير الدولية لـ BIM (ISO 19650, PAS 1192 وغيرها) واللوائح والكودات المحلية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
  • الإلمام بسير العمل الرقمي في البناء، بما في ذلك الجدولة رباعية الأبعاد (4D scheduling) وتقدير التكاليف خماسية الأبعاد (5D cost estimation) (يُفضل).

The BIM Manager will be responsible for the leadership, implementation, and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes on the prestigious Sharaan Resort #1 Project in KSA.

The BIM Manager will ensure that BIM workflows are aligned with project objectives and contractual requirements, overseeing the coordination and integration of all disciplines within the digital design and construction environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the project-specific BIM Execution Plan in alignment with client requirements, industry standards, and local regulations.
  • Lead BIM coordination meetings, facilitate collaboration between architecture, engineering, and construction teams, and resolve any model-related issues.
  • Manage and monitor the quality, accuracy, and completeness of BIM models submitted by consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Oversee model federations, clash detection, and reporting to support constructability reviews, scheduling, and cost estimation.
  • Liaise with the project team and stakeholders to ensure seamless data exchange and integration across all project phases.
  • Establish BIM protocols, workflows, and standards tailored to the Sharaan Resort #1 project, ensuring consistency and compliance.
  • Provide training, guidance, and technical support to internal and external team members on BIM-related processes and tools.
  • Maintain documentation of BIM deliverables, revisions, and approvals throughout the design and construction stages.
  • Prepare and submit regular BIM progress reports to project management and client representatives.
  • Assist in the procurement and adoption of BIM technologies, software, and hardware as required for the project.
  • Collaborate with IT and digital project leads to ensure data security and model integrity.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in BIM management, ideally on Underground tunneling / building projects.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrable experience in leading BIM teams and coordinating multi-disciplinary models.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Proficiency in BIM software platforms, including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and related tools.
  • Strong understanding of international BIM standards (ISO 19650, PAS 1192, etc.) and KSA local codes/regulations.
  • Familiarity with digital construction workflows, including 4D scheduling and 5D cost estimation, is preferred.
