تعلن شركة أكوا باور الصين (Acwa China) عن توفر وظيفة فني كهربائي (Electrical Technician) للعمل في مشروع نيوم (NEOM) بالمملكة العربية السعودية، ضمن قسم الصيانة الكهربائية للمحطة وتحت إشراف المشرف الكهربائي.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

  • المسؤول عن تنفيذ أنشطة الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية والمبنية على الحالة، بما في ذلك الإغلاقات السنوية والإصلاحات الشاملة.
  • ضمان التشغيل الآمن والموثوق والفعال للمعدات الكهربائية في المحطة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تنفيذ أنشطة الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية والمبنية على الحالة وفقًا لإجراءات الصيانة ومعايير السلامة.
  • استكشاف الأعطال وتشخيصها وفحصها وإصلاحها وصيانة المعدات الكهربائية المستخدمة في عمليات محطات الطاقة والصناعة.
  • قراءة وتفسير المخططات الكهربائية ورسوم الأسلاك ومخططات الحماية.
  • تركيب وفحص وخدمة وضبط وإصلاح المعدات الكهربائية الثابتة والدوارة.
  • التنسيق مع المشرف الكهربائي وفريق التشغيل لعزل المعدات وأنشطة الصيانة.
  • الإبلاغ عن احتياجات قطع الغيار والمواد الاستهلاكية لدعم أنشطة الصيانة.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات صيانة دقيقة وتاريخ المعدات.
  • تجهيز مناطق العمل والمعدات قبل أنشطة الصيانة.
  • دعم إغلاقات المحطة والإغلاقات السنوية وأنشطة الإصلاح الشامل.
  • الحفاظ على معايير عالية للنظافة والتنظيم (5S) في منطقة العمل.
  • الامتثال لجميع متطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والجودة.
  • أداء أي مهام أخرى يكلف بها من قبل المشرف.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • دبلوم في الهندسة الكهربائية، أو خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات كعامل كهربائي ماهر داخل محطات NOMAC (يفضل بكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية).
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات كفني كهربائي أو في دور مماثل.
  • يفضل خبرة في واحد أو أكثر من المجالات التالية: محطات الطاقة التقليدية، محطات الدورة المركبة، محطات التوليد المشترك، محطات تحلية المياه (RO، MSF، MED)، محطات الطاقة المتجددة (شمسية أو رياح).
  • الاستعداد للعمل في موقع ناءٍ (نيوم).
  • الاستعداد للعمل في الأماكن المغلقة، على المرتفعات، وحول المعدات الصناعية والمواد الكيميائية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة بممارسات الصيانة الكهربائية وتقنيات استكشاف الأعطال.
  • القدرة على قراءة المخططات الكهربائية ورسوم الأسلاك ومخططات الحماية.
  • فهم مبادئ الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية.
  • معرفة أساسية بعمليات محطات الطاقة والمياه.
  • الوعي بأنظمة إدارة الجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
  • القدرة على العمل بشكل مستضمن وتعاوني ضمن فريق.
  • معرفة إجراءات الإغلاق/الوسم (LOTO)، السلامة الكهربائية، الدخول إلى الأماكن المغلقة، معدات الوقاية الشخصية، أنظمة الحماية من الحرائق، وممارسات العمل الآمن.
  • مهارات كمبيوتر أساسية.
  • معرفة إدارة النفايات، الامتثال البيئي، معدات مكافحة الحرائق، والإسعافات الأولية.

Electrical Technician - NEOM

Location: NEOM

Department: Plant - Electrical Maintenance

Reports to: Electrical Supervisor / Electrical Engineer

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Technician to join our team in NEOM. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out preventive, corrective, and condition-based maintenance activities, including annual outages and overhauls, while ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of plant electrical equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive, corrective, and condition-based maintenance activities in accordance with maintenance procedures and safety standards.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, inspect, repair, and maintain electrical equipment used in power and industrial plant operations.
  • Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and protection schematics.
  • Install, inspect, service, adjust, and repair static and rotating electrical equipment.
  • Coordinate equipment isolation and maintenance activities with the Electrical Supervisor and Operations team.
  • Report spare parts and consumable requirements to support maintenance activities.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and equipment history.
  • Prepare work areas and equipment before maintenance activities.
  • Support plant shutdowns, annual outages, and overhauling activities.
  • Maintain high housekeeping standards (5S) within the work area.
  • Comply with all Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality requirements.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

Diploma in Electrical Engineering. OR Minimum 4 years of experience as a Skilled Electrical Labor within NOMAC plants. Preferred bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.

Experience

Minimum 4 years of experience as an Electrical Technician or in a similar role.

Experience in one or more of the following industries is preferred:

Conventional Power Plants, Combined Cycle Power Plants, Cogeneration Plants, Water Desalination Plants (RO, MSF, MED), Renewable Energy Plants (Solar or Wind).

Skills & Competencies

  • Knowledge of electrical maintenance practices and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Ability to read electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and protection schematics.
  • Understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance principles.
  • Basic knowledge of power and water plant operations.
  • Awareness of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to work in confined spaces, at heights, and around industrial equipment and chemicals.
  • Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), electrical safety, confined space entry, PPE, fire protection systems, and safe work practices.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Knowledge of waste management, environmental compliance, firefighting equipment, and first aid.

Working Conditions

  • Plant-based role located in NEOM.
  • Must be willing to work in a remote location.
  • May require working outdoors, at heights, in confined spaces, and around industrial equipment while adhering to strict safety procedures.
